Honestly, honesty from the Service advisor. Integrity of the Service advisor. Customer service was not her forte.. when confronted after she lied to the sales person about her conversation with me, I called her back after finding out about her made up conversation, she over talked while I was talking to her, yelling at me and in essence, her poor communication skills ( should take some classes on responsibility and customer care ), no integrity and most of all, lying about our conversation and her demeanor. She gives a pretty poor representation of the service department. The sales person tried to make it better by providing a pick up of my vehicle, the drop off of a loaner and a return of of my vehicle after service. But..a dangerous issue was taken care of on warranty and the back tires that were ruined by the issue,, were not replaced, they supposedly were after only 1 yr old. So the experience of my $60,000 purchase of a new vehicle last year, which had a seriously dangerous issue, by the way, put me in a 6 foot ditch, and more than a few near misses of accidents on the expressway. All of this were within a year from purchase and still on warranty..was just short of a nightmare! To make a defense of poor customer service and ignorance by a service advisor is an understatement for sure. As I told the salesperson, I was informed i now needed 2 new back tires for the cost of $500, and would I like to have them installed from a service technician that day because of the issue. To make another complaint.. the sim card for the navigation system was removed at the test drive that day, my husband saw him do it but didnt know what he was doing, well that will be another $30, thank you very much. They checked out the hands free phone application instead of the stated navigation app issue.I can take my vehicle to any Buick dealer for maintenance and vehicle performance issues and will do that from now on. If this helps someone to know what they might experience at this dealership, it helps me to digest this maddening, disappointing experience this past week. All because I called to let them know I'd be less than 30 minutes late for my appt that day... to see if that was OK. I was being respectful. Bought a 2017 Colorado diesel truck and a 4 year 100000 warranty from them ... 4 years is 48 month not 38 ..... my warranty ends at 38 months??? I paid extra because I didn't think I could put a 100000 on in 3 years.. They scammed me and said my hands are tied ... They also put on 342 miles on my Colorado when it was in getting repaired ...wtf right ?? I have spoken to owner and he told Steve they can't do anything... I'm so done with Chevy .. read more

This is not a customer based dealership. To make a long story short I put my deposit on a new Tahoe only to be told a few days later it has been sold. My salesperson Joni never stated the deposit was good for only 36 hrs, which I have never heard of a deposit expiring in such a short time period. Her manager Evan was the one who said their policy is that they can only hold a deposit for 36 hrs. Evan stated someone called but they were unable to reach me, which is funny since I had no missing phone calls from the dealership. I was told the sale is completed once it arrives, or else I would have paid the full amount. I had a sense the dealership was covering up a lie since the deal was I put a deposit on the incoming Tahoe and complete the sale once it arrives. Again, no one told me my deposit was expiring, even though I was in contact with Joni the day it was due to expire. I have never experienced such an incompetent, unprofessional dealership such as this one in my opinion. I will be contacting Corporate Chevrolet and submitting more honest reviews. I'm sure Chevrolet doesn't like business being conducted like this in their name. Anyone reading this from my experience I would stay away from this dealership I feel they are unprofessional, unethical and lack integrity. read more

Sales and Service stepped up big time, delivered a rental and picked up my truck for warranty service, that my local dealership refused to do under my bumper to bumper warranty. They did drop it out for me 3hrs away, that was a good thing. Bad things when I got it oil life was at 10%. Had a problem with the truck with in the first week, waited another week to see if it would go away. It did not go away called the salesman said he was gonna get with service and get me taking care of, never heard back from them. read more

If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would. I broke down on 75 and this was the closest Chevy dealer. The staff was beyond amazing and friendly. They accommodated me immediately ( I had a dog, a newborn, and a crazy two year old). They brought me water for my dog and myself and kept us updated on how long it would take. We drove 2 hours to buy a used Silverado from this dealer. Our sales person, Tim, was very nice, helpful, and put no pressure on us at all. It was like doing business with a family member. We got a good deal on the truck, and it's been a pleasure owning it. We've also taken it to this dealer for service--oil change, tune up, fuel injection cleaning, etc. Each time, the maintenance job was done quickly and correctly. We are really glad we bought a vehicle from Richardson, and will do so again down the road whenever we need a new/used vehicle. read more

We drove over 3 hours to come to Richardson Chevrolet to look at a car, and it was worth every minute! We had been communicating with salesman Heath Schmidt by phone and email, and he did not disappoint! He was incredible! There was nothing that surprised us about the vehicle, the price, or our trade-in vehicle. As much as possible was worked out prior to coming, so that there would be little to work out if we did want to buy the car. When we arrived, other staff helped out while Heath was busy with another customer. All of the staff was very friendly, helpful, and polite! When the decision was made to buy the car, Heath and his manager, Aaron, nicely worked with us on the final price, explaining everything as we went along.
