Shortly after Colby rang my doorbell @ 1:32!! I excitedly greeted him! When I handed him the key fob he said "oh you have the key." I replied, no that's a jeep fob it's a dodge, that key doesn't work. I wasn't concerned when I bought the truck this summer because I've never needed the key. Now? I do and I don't have one. I stood nearby until I got too cold and went inside. When I came back outside shortly later.....Colby had my truck unlocked and running!!! I didn't have faith he would be able to help me. I called the dispatcher and they sent Paul's towing out to me. To begin with the man who came had very unprofessional customer service and Overall appearance. He then hooked up to the back of my vehicle and my tire to pull me out. By the time he retrieved my vehicle he had put a hole in the rim of my tire and had given me a flat. On top of that he put on my spare and failed to inflate it, so my the time a got to my auto shop that was ruined as well. Shane on me for not realizing this or knowing better, but I trusted he knew what he was doing as this was his profession. Now on top of paying this man $160 I am out $1,000+ to correct the damage he inflicted on my vehicle. He failed to take any responsibility or give me any paper work. My husband had to take an extra trip to the tow company's place of business to retrieve the paperwork we needed for the tow. I am very disappointed and distressed by the whole experience.
