Within less than 30 days, one of the pieces had to be replaced and that's when I learned the disappointing truth: this isn't top-grain or genuine leather. It's "performance leather" coated in polyurethane, which means it's essentially a plastic layer over low-grade leather. The material may look beautiful on the showroom floor, but it does not hold up in real life. The so-called "leather" started showing damage almost immediately, and instead of standing behind the product, Havertys tried to blame the issue on pet damage and push me toward using my protection plan which completely misses the point. The problem isn't wear and tear; it's poor-quality materials disguised as luxury. For the price, I expected durability, integrity, and honesty from the brand. Unfortunately, all I got was frustration and disappointment. If you're considering the Hailey collection or any "performance leather" from Havertys, do your research first -- this is not real leather, and it does not perform like it.

I would give them a higher score but I have had a few problems and have not received my furniture yet. I ordered a complete bedroom set a couple months ago and I still have not received it. Although they have not charged my card yet they keep trying to deliver a partial set. I am unwilling to take it as it is inconvenient to take off work for only part of an order, and they do not have the bed frame which really needs to be delivered before the dresser and mattresses are brought in the room. Although I am happy with my choice, the associate said they did not offer a trundle bed for children which is what I had asked for. When I got home and searched on their internet site and several trundle beds came up. The associates should be better trained and aware of what they sell. If you have good credit they offer 0% percent financing although there are several stipulations. The sells prices that are shown in store are not included in the 0% offer, you must pay full price. They also require you to purchase a insurance plan which is refundable after the furniture is paid for if not used, but it's expensive and only comes back in the form of store credit. You can make payments online for free but they do not take payments in the store, which seems odd as every department store credit card I have had you can pay in the store when you return to shop which makes great business since. This is not the case at this store. Basically they have great furniture and they are very appreciative of their customers; but there are some areas they need to work on as a company to make the sell and experience more smooth for the customer.
