I've been…read morein a few time as I live close by, usually pretty good customer service, unfortunately the last couple times I've been, I've gotten no welcome at all just eye contact, which I return reply with a smile. I was picking up a few holiday sales items for next season. I intended to spend more time in there shopping however, a young mother and her little boy were in the store, the child was running all over the place with the mom walked around on a call with the speaker phone on. It really killed the calm atmosphere I usually get to enjoy in Kirkland, I wish an employee would have tried to correct that. I will still continue my shopping at this location.

"TELL YOUR WIFE TO HUSH UP"…read more Dear Mr. Rick/James Bass, I am writing this review as a warning for any single woman, mother, or young adult that comes into your store. Mr. Bass believes in the motto, the customer is always wrong and he chooses to only address issues if you are a male. We came into your store, tape measure in hand, looking for a standard size full mattress - 54 inches for those that do not know. Your employee did a great job selling one to us, at $456.88 for a full sized mattress. Since the mattress was only on display as a twin sized mattress, and we were unable to measure it, your employee allowed us to go home and measure the frame to ensure it was a standard 54 inches full sized frame before signing any paperwork. We returned with the measurements in hand and stated we must have a full size mattress, NO LARGER THAN 54 INCHES. He says, "perfect, I've got you covered right here," and hands us a mattress that is rolled up in packaging. Again, unable to be measured before leaving the store. We take it home, open it up, and long story short, your store gave us a 60 inch queen mattress for a 54 inch full sized bed. Since it was what seemed to be a simple fix discovered less than an hour after leaving your store, we gave your employee a call who in turn gave us your contact; thinking as a business you would do the right thing and switch it out for the correct size bed. Instead we were met with skepticism and blatant disrespect, speaking to us like we were ignorant, "well did you measure it?" How are we supposed to measure a bed that's provided in the shape of a burrito, sir? You were speaking to my father, who does construction for a living I might add, when you chose to tell him, "tell your wife to hush up or there will be no returns." I did not curse, I did not say anything insulting, I answered you with sir. You simply could not stand to be told that you were wrong. You were speaking to the home owner, but instead, since you could not handle speaking to a woman, I let my father handle you. We actually had 3 bed frames and would've been a return customer had you not spoken so disrespectfully to us. We were promised a return on Saturday, but you would not take it back Saturday. Then, you disrupted our Sunday evening by calling us to ask for "proof" that you sold us the wrong size mattress. Since you only accepted the return on a Monday, you caused not only me but also my father to miss work. It wasn't until we were in your store with the mattress that you finally accepted that the manufacturer had made an error in the labeling and agreed to issue the return. I had to ask for 2 copies for "proof" that the refund was issued and it was not until we opened a claim with our bank that your business returned our money. Anyone still reading, please head my warning and do not give this company your business. They are not on the side of the consumer and will do whatever possible to offload their stock and will not take blame for any errors on their part. They will try to push you off to the manufacturer or make it as inconvenient as possible for you to get your money back. So again, to Mr. Bass, I hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving meal that I would bet the woman in your life fixed for you, your wife. Have some respect next time you want to speak to someone like an adult.

They seem to start off with $2.95 no matter if it even came from the dollar tree. I've seen items that were originally cheaper than their asking price. Not only are you paying more for most items they ask when you check out if you want to round up to the next 1$!! I personally would not mind if prices were cheaper. They do however have one tag they discount I think weekly. Most the time your Lucky to find one or 2 items that color. Of course we know everything is donated so why be greedy asking such high prices. I wouldn't even stop here but it's close enough to my Moms house so it's easy to stop in. Ive even been here when a few people have made the comment they were too expensive and walked out. There is plenty of parking . The donation area you pull on the side to the rear of the building. The chair comes in two colors of hardwood frame, the dark wood or the light wood & you can get it covered in all kinds of different fabrics. The squattoman is very cute & surprisingly very durable & comfortable OuiOui. There is a smaller version of the Lovesac chair called "the Junior" LOL They don't have "the junior lovesac chair on the sales floor right now but expect to get one before Christmas. Very interested in "the junior Lovesac chair" the big one is YUGE! Maybe too big! Trinity gave me lots of info and measurements to go. A perfect reading chair for sure :) Will return.

I came in to get a quart of paint to do some repairs and was told, "If it doesn't match, come back and we'll get you squared away." Well, it didn't match, and when I came back - and stood around waiting for at least 15 minutes - was met with an eat-shit attitude and "well I can't be giving away cans of paint." That's an understandable position, but if that's the stores position on returns, then what you *shouldn't* do is send customers out of the door with a "come back and we'll make it right." I've always had a good experience here with the staff. Hell I've known them on a first name basis for years now. Won't be giving them my business anymore.
