I started working out with Theresa about a year and a half ago. I've never been in such good shape in my life and I'm almost 70! This review is long overdue. Teresa is a great trainer. I've been training with Teresa on and off for the past two and a half years - my decision to take breaks due to work/life. I'm now back and she always welcomes me back ready to train. Teresa always pushes me to do more than I think I can and that's what a trainer should do. I've trained with her one on one and in small groups (3 people max) and in both settings I feel like she gives her individual clients the attention they need. Now with the COVID 19 situation I started training with her along with her app so I can do my workouts at home. She customizes your plan depending on what type of equipment you have or even just body weight. Each workout has a short video clip explaining exactly what do which is great.
