Been looking for a competitive but friendly box to go to for a long time. I've been here for about 3 years now, and finally got around to leaving a review. Coaches are awesome. They're skilled, attentive, and patient. The facilities are nice at this new location! They have showers now so I can come in the mornings before work. They could use some maintenance on the equipment, but they take care of their stuff enough for it to last as long as the gym's been open (more than 14 years now!). The members are friendly and push each other, like any affiliate box should. read more

I've been a member at LAX CrossFit since 2022 and shamefully have never left a review but scrolling through I realize that most of these reviews are OLD and no longer accurately describe my gym! The short version is LAX CrossFit is great and my experience since Victor bought the gym has been delightful. If you're *at all* interested in lifting or just a different fitness experience please come check us out! The long version is I never wanted to lift weights. I'm a Zumba girlie. But after Zumba continued to cancel classes or start late I decided I had to find something more reliable. LAX CrossFit was close and with the first three classes free I had nothing to lose. Victor was my instructor and was incredible. Warm, welcoming and knowledgeable, he was encouraging and also more concerned with teaching me good form than with the amount I could lift. Two + years later and I can still count on all the LAX CrossFit instructors to kindly correct my form and aid me in staying healthy/uninjured. Our community is great, it's diverse, friendly, warm, we have bbqs, special beach workouts, and other things that make this group of people unique among my gym experiences. I've never been overcharged, I've never had a billing issue and I've never had any problems, except the occasional full parking lot which can't be helped when everyone wants to go to class at the same time! LAX CrossFit is for ALL ability levels. I am not a "lifter" I often need scaled versions of an exercise which is never a problem! All the instructors are there FOR the members and will help with just about anything you need. I never feel pressured only encouraged to push myself, to do better than I did last time. There is NO competition between members, I appreciate this so much! If you are looking for a physically and emotionally safe place to get strong I can't encourage you enough to come check us out, I really think this place is for everybody! read more

My neighbor's young daughter suggested that I check out LAX CrossFit last year in June 2024, and I have been hooked ever since. While the initial exercises can be challenging, they are still a great option for people of all fitness levels. Coach Victor, Luis, and Seven are readily available to adjust exercises and ensure proper form. This makes it easy for newcomers to fitness who can progress at their own pace. I had a week's free trial, and it was a great way to meet folks and understand the different classes offered. It is a very supportive community. I have taken classes as early as 5:30 a.m. and afternoon classes during the week. I also enjoy coming on the weekend. The environment is often positive and encouraging, and experienced members can help guide beginners. I know that since I started, some of my symptoms have lessened, including hot flashes. My symptoms were severe, but the coaches have assisted me with my overall fitness, encompassing strength, stamina, and agility. You also have the option to save your progress on a mobile application, which, if you'd like, you can share with your CrossFit community. On another mobile application, you can select the classes you'd like to take to help you plan your schedule properly. Overall, I always look forward to going as I know I will get an awesome workout with some great people. I highly recommend giving LAX CrossFit a try. Dropped in on an evening class, trained with a female named Rhett and got my ass handed to me. Typical cross fit work out, tough and awesome! I really liked the set up, very warehouse like, totally open. I like that a person is able to drop in on a few classes for free to see if the gym is a good fit before signing the dotted line. The class I took was difficult but pretty much the same as others I've taken at different locations. I liked that it was mixed, there were people of all levels attending the class and everyone was talkative and friendly. Great location too! Right off the 405 and super easy to find. If I was going to stay in LA, I'd sign up here for sure but, for now... I'll tell ya that if you live near here and want to try it out or possibly even switch gyms, gitcher butt on over to LAX Cross Fit yo! read more

LAX CrossFit - LOVED this Cross Fit gym! - Gyms Near Me - Inglewood, California

Out of all the Crossfit gyms I've visited (Crossfit LA, Focus, Dogtown, Paradiso, Brick), I found the vibe at LAX Crossfit to be the most comfortable and inviting for new people. The facility is bright, big, and the equipment is well-kept and treated with respect - impressive considering the beat down it goes through on a regular basis! I'm fairly familiar with Crossfit from doing WODs on my own at Equinox (if you're thinking of doing the same thing, it's not easy, the cushy embrace of Equinox and social atmosphere are not made for timed workouts) and dropped into LAX Crossfit to do their Tough Mudder workout. Because I'm doing the Tough Mudder next year, I wanted to check it out and well, it sounded like a ton of fun (and it was!). Beyond the workout and the great encouragement from coach Dan, I LOVED the fact that every single member that made eye contact with me came up to me, shook my hand, asked me my name, and was totally willing to chat it up and joke around before and after the workout. Sure, once the workout got going, it was all business, but that's the way it should be. There were no egos, just support and positive energy from this amazing facility and group of members. LAX Crossfit is your typical box. There isn't a lot to say about it. It has all of the equipment you expect. It's well organized, easy to access with a good amount of room. It doesn't go above and beyond nor does it disappoint. The cost is on the higher side (it's an expensive area) but not good value. The only real complaint I have is with one of the coaches named "Kazusa Nishii" also known as Zus. When I started as a beginner she was extremely impatient and acted offended when I did an exercise incorrectly like obviously I should have known better. It's the kind of thing you expect from an SNL skit or joke, not on a Tuesday morning when you're a beginner in Crossfit. I was extremely offended and made to feel, honestly, like shit. I took her class twice. I eventually quit LAX Crossfit after figuring out that she taught most of the times I could make and joined another box. I also didn't like her warm-up routine but that's not such a big deal. Maybe she has changed? I haven't bothered to go back to find out. On the upside, every other coach I had at LAX was great: Chris, Keenan, and Nick. The fundamentals class taught by the owners (one of which I think is no longer a partner) was also good. -1 star for not being good value -1 star for Kazusa read more

LAX CrossFit is as good as it gets. This is my first month "CrossFitting" and I am already hooked. The environment when you walk in is very welcoming and the coaches/trainers are amazing. Another thing that gets overlooked at many gyms is the community. At LAX CrossFit, you walk in and they write your name up on the whiteboard, along with everyone else who is going to be working out with you. It makes for a very supportive environment. You never have to workout alone again because you're bound to make connections with people that are there for the same reasons you are. So you go there the next time and people are referring to you by your name and that's always a good feeling because it breaks the ice and makes working out fun! I really enjoy the workouts because they aren't the day in and day out exercises that you do when you're stuck in your routine at 24, Bally's , etc. The "constantly varied" workouts really make going to the gym exciting if you can believe that. I also appreciate the one-on-one help you receive from the coaches throughout your workout. It's personal training every time you're there. Whatever reason you're looking to workout (staying fit, losing weight, tired of your boring gym routine), LAX CrossFit is the place to be. Not too sure about it? Biggest Cage I've seen in any box in the LA area. Friendly and motivating coaches. Workouts that will wear you out and leave you wanting more! I've done plenty of working out on my own and even some other group exercise. I haven't found anything that is engaging and as challenging as Crossfit. LAX is by far the most reasonably priced box that I have visited. The staff has motivated me to push outside my comfort zone and I have def seen results. Mark, Dan, Arbel, and Chris have just opened a world-class gym. The equipment (yellow cage monster included) is top-notch, location is super accessible, and the people (most importantly) are some of the friendliest and most encouraging you will find in ANY gym, let alone a Crossfit box. With the use of high speed cameras, a blog that posts photos daily of your WOD (workout of the day), and great coaches. Mark, Dan, and Arbel know how to get you past your sticking points in such creative ways. I signed up here based on all the 5 star reviews. Everyone said the facility was top notch and the trainers provided a great community. I was really looking forward to getting started here and seeing these great trainers. I'll admit, the facility IS top notch, everything was great, it was clean, it smelled good. Amazing. But the trainers were really lacking. I took the intro course and from day one wasn't very happy. The trainer didn't really engage the class, didn't spend much time helping you out, etc. As an INTRO class you would think they would spend a little more time getting to know the group, what your limits are, being more encouraging when you are clearly having problems with the workout, etc. The trainer seemed more interested in talking to the other trainers or playing on his iPad. I was expecting them to be more engaging and more encouraging when you're starting out with something like this. I really didn't enjoy my experience at this gym and will be trying out another gym in the area next week. read more

I should've posted a looong time ago. After reading all the comments above there's really nothing else to say. I agree 100% with all the comments and could not be happier belonging to LAX CrossFit! On a personal note, I've never seen faster results and have as much fun with a group of people working out...EVER! I've also heard that CrossFitters overall are very Cult Like and pressure people into doing things..I can tell you that LAX CrossFit is the complete opposite. It's a work and party at your own pace kind of box and no one cares how often you do either! I've been here for 5 months now and any when I travel I visit other boxes to get a good workout and see if there's anything LAX needs to improve. Not even sure where to start... I've wanted to write a review since completing day one of the fundamentals course... Immediately after that first day I knew this was going to be different than any workout I've dedicated myself to prior.. I am so happy that I came here! I have never felt so many different muscles being worked and after a a little over a month there already feel a lot stronger! I only wish that I joined sooner. My name is Christian B. and I am addicted to Crossfit. I can't give enough praise to Mark, Dan, Arbel, Chris and Shira for giving me all the encouragement and knowledge since day one of my journey into Crossfit. I've started here and hope to stay until they tell me to go home. Sure I worked out and did the bicep curl/treadmill thing day in and out trying to keep my fitness up but found myself not gaining any benefit other than a good sweat. I googled and youtube'd crossfit weeks before I finally decided to take the leap and try out a box (LAXcrossfit) that just opened minutes from where I work. Did a couple of challenging workouts and eventually the fundamentals class. It allowed me to gauge my fitness level and learn all the right lifting techniques (that no one ever taught me at my other gyms). 3 months later and haven't looked back since. From what I've seen around this has got to be one of the most spacious and well equipped boxes in LA/OC. The super cage is nothing short of impressive and the place is well kept clean and organized. The camaraderie of training with the people at LAX creates that atmosphere that you keep on wanting to come back to. I recommend just dropping for a workout even if you are clueless like I was or even try out the fundamentals class. read more

LAX Crossfit is pretty amazing. I was at this Crossfit for a total of 4 months. Unfortunately the 10 mile drive to and from my home was not that great for my car, pocket and time. And that is the ONLY reason why i stop going. I am honestly one of these picky individuals that enjoys a nice and clean facility, a friendly environment(community), and hold trainers to the highest level of exception. For this most part this is exactly why i love LAX Crossfit. I highly encourage any individual who wants a new physical lifestyle to join. The people there are extremely friendly, approachable and genuine. Pros 1. Parking is available 2. Friendly people (just say hi :D ) 3. Amazing facility 4. Encouraging coaches 5. Real sense of community Cons 1. 6pm or 7pm classes tend to get a bit over crowded 2. One coach in particular wasn't always attentive to the class. I notice he would occasionally peek over into the next room to catch a glimpse of the NFL game on the big screen TV. Again this is just one particular coach the rest are the best! read more

I can't say enough good things about LAX CrossFit! I work as an IT Consultant and travel 4 days/week to client sites for extended periods of time. When I arrived in LA, I needed some form of regular exercise, and decided to give CrossFit a shot for a month. Not only was LAX CrossFit most convenient to my client site, I found the idea of the 101 class to be far more appealing than a 6-class OnRamp session that most other boxes seem to offer. While I had done some lifting before, I was very intimidated by the idea of CrossFit. No lie, my first day in LA, I walked into the box for a minute, saw people throwing around weights, got scared and walked right out the door. I think that if Kiwi (one of the owners) hadn't caught me the next day poking my head in and gotten me to sign up and fill out a waiver, I might have spent a week poking my head in but not committing even though I had clothes and sneakers with me! The 101 class is structured just like a normal CrossFit class but is focused on the form and technique of the different lifts and movements that make up CrossFit. There will be a 10-15 minute warm-up, 20-30 mins of instructionand practice for the strength component, and the rest of the class is the met-con or WOD and usually uses the lift/strength piece from that day. What's really nice about it is that you can be in 101 for as many classes as you need until you're comfortable with each of the motions. The coaches are very particular about technique before letting you add weight but are also very encouraging and help you push your limits. After 2 months of 101, I finally felt ready for the main class and the coaches who teach that class are great too. In 4 months I've gone from squatting about 100lbs to maxing out at 215lbs earlier this week! That's an insane amount of progress (and weight for a girl who is only 5'4")! The community at LAX CrossFit is really great and welcoming. People will stay to cheer you on if you're the last one struggling through a WOD (believe me, since it's usually me that's last) and give you tips on how to improve. The app they use SugarWOD is really great because it builds community and competition throughout the day. I love seeing other people's results and giving them a 'fistbump' for crushing their workout! Tomorrow morning will be my last day at LAX as I have taken a new job and won't have to commute cross-country anymore! I wanted to make sure I thanked LAX CrossFit for giving me this foundation because I have developed a love for the sport and am actively looking at my options for boxes at home in Chicago. Fitness requires effort for sure. But what can I say about LAX Crossfit as a former minimal exerciser but at the same time a health care provider I needed to change things. LAX Cross fit truly "fit" the bill and more. From the the supportive yet extremely motivating coaches Shira, Mark, Arbel, Dan to the camaraderie of the members what more can one ask for. Not only have I gotten my fill of endorphins but I am the most fit and energized that I have ever been and I am constantly improving. The thing that made me check this gym out was a friend telling me that she tried it for 2 days and was sore for 2 weeks. I knew this was the place for me. I can honestly say that after you pass the initial month or two of soreness, you will start to see real results. For me that was my gut. No matter what I used to do, jogging, weights, etc. I always had a spare tire. With cross fit that is no longer the case. I don't have a 6 pack but that is purely due to my diet choices. If I was a little more food conscious, I would be 6 pack -ready. This group at LAX is the perfect blend of friendly and competitive. Make no mistake, you have to have a competitive drive to excel in this and every cross fit gym. You don't need to be super athletic, but you do need to WANT to be. I had a great time as a drop-in at LAX Crossfit. I travel a bit and have had the ability to visit various boxes. LAX Cf made me feel very welcome during my four visits during the week of June 20, 2016. There were enough coaches to handle the evening schedule and they provided guidance as needed. The clients there were just as welcoming. The WODs were challenging with the appropriate scaling options. I appreciate the community and availability. I don't write many reviews but this place is worth the time to write about and my review is long overdue. This place has a great vibe and the workouts are always fun. CrossFit can be intimidating but the coaches and people here make it less intimidating. I have never done sports and do not consider myself athletic but it is here that I started working with heavy weights and I love it. I don't care too much for the gymnastics stuff and I hate running but I do it because it's part of the workout and everybody is so encouraging. They will scale the workouts if needed ( I always need it) but no matter what, you will get a great workout in. I had started going to another crossfit just for a change and I love the other gym too but LAX is home. Positive vibes and encouragement only. Go elsewhere if you are not about that. read more

This review is long overdue. I was THAT guy at your typical 24 hour fitness gym. The one that would be there for 2 hours working out one muscle group a day then hitting the treadmill for a little cardio. While my upper body strength was alright, I was pretty much just average everywhere else. I stayed away from workouts I knew I should be doing like squats, deadlifts and push presses because I'd read how badly you could injure yourself if you didn't have anyone watching you and coaching you properly. I experimented on my own with routines I picked up from youtube, p90x and blog postings here and there. Even picked up a book called Training for Warriors to get more workout ideas. But I didn't really get anywhere. I mean, I kept myself from blowing up into a 300lb blob... but fitness wise I wasn't anything to run home to tell your mom about. After training myself for a ToughMudder last year I lost steam working out. LAX Crossfit opened up just in the knick of time and helped me re-ignite that fire I had to push myself just a bit harder every day physically. The facility itself is awesome and it's hard to ignore the giant yellow beast in the middle that functions as a group pull up cage and power cage for your squats/lifts. The sight of the yellow cage alone when you walk in will breed an unusual feeling of both fear and anticipation for what's to come. I'm a firm believer that if you're not even a LITTLE afraid of your workout, chances are you're not pushing yourself enough. Each day I walk in I am almost literally shitting bricks when I look for the WOD (Workout of the Day). After giving it my all, I go home feeling awesome. Well, more awesome. Not only is the facility superb, but the training environment is amazing as well. You're encouraged to ask questions if something doesn't make sense and the guys are great about making sure you understand the movements in each routine before doing them. Due to the friendly atmosphere there, EVERYONE you work out with is now your gym partner. There's that instant connection you get with people slinging the same blood in the same mud. Everyone has their bad days, but it's safe to say that compared to other "gyms" the percentage of people that push themselves to the edge and consistently try to break their own walls down with their face is higher at a facility of this caliber. Trainers included because the guys take turns jumping in to get their WODs done too!! It's also common to see people who have finished their WODs staying for an extra 30 minutes or so to work on something: kipping pullups, backsquats, double unders. You name it, people are trying to perfect it. It's great being around people constantly trying to improve themselves! A lot of people I've spoken to about Crossfit jokingly call it "cult like". I can understand why some people would feel that way. Everyone that I know who came in and genuinely gave it a shot LOVES it. You can't beat the awesomeness. Awesome facility, awesome trainers, and awesome members. I jumped into crossfitting for the first time about 3 months ago with the first fundamentals class. Their fundamentals class is a great way to get introduced to the basic movements and philosophy behind crossfitting. There's nothing more satisfying than seeing how much you improve in those two weeks alone! They also have Saturday morning classes you can take for a spin if you're ambitious enough to wake up early. For a long time I hesitated drinking the cool aid and I'm sad I didn't drink it sooner. I initially signed up to train for the LA Triathlon and see if it would improve my performance and it did. I cut my swim time down 5 minutes, cycling went down 10 minutes and the run went down another 5 minutes. I haven't been as consistent as I'd like to be (mainly because of work and travel) but when I go , I get strong fast and my endurance levels goes through the roof. I trained there to prepare for the Pasadena Rock'n'Roll Half Marathon and managed to shave 30 minutes off my previous time with the help of LAX Crossfit and a better diet. Since I've started, I've gone from 205 lbs to 179 (while training) and settled around 185-190 when not going as often and bodyfat decreased from 21+% down to 14+%. The trainers (Mark, Arbel, Shira, Dan, etc.) are all good people, great trainers, and make training fun. I'm constantly amazed at how everyone indirectly pushes and directly supports one another. The group atmosphere works so much better for me than going to a gym and looking in the mirror for an hour. The WOD's (workout of the day) suck in a good way. You never think you can do it but you do and the next time it comes around, you do it faster! Before going to LAX Crossfit, I'd never been able to do more than 10 pull ups and in a WOD i managed to do 85, it took me nearly an hour but I did it! People can argue form and what not, but you're still training your body to be more fluid and build better coordination. If you aren't coordinated, you aren't going to hit that many pull ups. Ultimately, you get into a rhythm and a zone and watching others who are doing the same thing help you find that happy place in the world of SUCK cause you aren't the only one. There's a lot of mental conditioning that happens during the physical conditioning, literally raising your bar for fitness each and every time as a beginner athlete. I started with the fundamentals and will continue to train there for Triathlons and other races, like Tough mudder and spartan race. There's no denying, you get stronger, faster, and last longer after going to crossfit consistently. I have the times to prove it! It doesn't hurt to try and I wish I started earlier. The training IS harder than the race. It makes the races a lot more comfortable. Pros: Great Coaches Constantly refreshed equipment One of the coolest cages/squat/pullup racks there is Doesn't smell like testosterone Everyone is buff and beautiful and after working out there makes you feel buff and beautiful too or all equally ugly after all the sweat, depending on how you look at it. Plenty of Space very understanding and accomodating Laid back Group / family atmosphere No Mirrors (only in the bathroom) Physical and Mental conditioning Cons: I sweat too much You will want more kool-aid You will need to shop for new clothes If you're looking to get back into action, the fundamentals class is a good place to start. If you're a beginner/novice athlete, all levels of your performance will improve dramatically. The workouts will drain you but as long as you eat wisely, you're recovery times will improve as well. I could keep going, but you should really find out for yourself. :) Tips: Get wrist tape or wrist support bring an extra shirt Hydrate before and after Handle business after hydrating before the workout. Growing up as a skinny kid and always being made fun of for being "lanky", I started working out at regular commercial gyms in hopes of gaining some muscle and having a nice body for my self-esteem and for the ladies. Well, did that for a year or so until boredom set in and I found it increasingly difficult to find motivation to attend the gym on my regular schedule. After seeing the "Lax Crossfit" logo driving home one day from class, I did a little research and took the plunge into the "fundies" course and I haven't looked back since. After getting my butt kicked and my ego shattered numerous times by the workouts provided by my facility, I can honestly say working out and the discipline of "crossfit" specifically extends far beyond simply gaining muscle, looking good, or getting a "pump". Crossfit itself is a lifestyle. You train HARD, you eat HEALTHY to maximize progress, but most importantly you connect with others on a very deep level with a similar goal to yours; get past the WOD (workout of the day) and constantly improve themselves and push beyond physical and mental barriers. The facility itself is top notch with fresh equipment ranging from barbells, a basketball hoop, kettlebells and a huge pull-up/squat rack in the center which brings tingling feelings of nervousness and excitement as the WOD slowly approaches. It also features a bright and exciting color scheme to set the mood and instantly put you in a happy place as you walk in and prepare for your intense training session. The prices are great and I'd say you get more than what you actually pay for. The coaches are amazing. They are a group of bright, fit and undeniably successful people who only want the best for you and the rest of your boxmates. They memorize your name and make you feel like you are part of something bigger than just a gym, but a team and most importantly a FAMILY. They are happy to correct your form when its lacking and always provide positive reinforcement when you don't feel like you can push past another rep. They are incredibly friendly and engaging and are just overall good people with good intentions and great knowledge on what they teach. I love my coaches! The people that train with you are incredible and very welcoming and always keep you coming back to train. They are successful in their careers and in their fitness goals and always keep me striving to emulate that same level of success in life, school and at my box. After only a few weeks working out at LAX CrossFit, I felt compelled to post a review of the place. I am not one who ever writes anything good or bad but this time I needed to. To cut to the chase LAX CrossFit ROCKS!! From Mark, Arbel, Dan and Shira, they are nothing but standup folks. I was at first intimidated but the work outs but they calmed my nerves and really felt that they have the best interest not only for me but for every member of the box. I was one of those girls that went to the gym to try and lose weight but didnt really get into it and wouldnt really go hard at the gym. So one night i was watching "The Challenger" on MTV and she said something about how she does Crossfit and she was really in shape so I wanted to try it. This place is amazing. I go there to break a good sweat. Yeah i push myself but I know my limits. I dont go there to make friends but the fact that theres cool pepole there is a plus. Coaches are cool, equipment is awsome, and compared to other CF gyms they have an extremely flexible schedule. Grant G was thinking too much. So as a far-away member of LAX, I want to post about this awesome box. I tried crossfit a few years ago but didn't get into it much, due to a ridiculous school schedule and simply not being in the correct mind state to appreciate it. Fast forward to May of 2011, when i came home for the summer and decided to give it another try. I looked up prices, location and reviews and decided to try out LAX. I had no idea what was in store but they had a great price plus a really structured fundamentals class to help me learn the moves needed to do well. The four months I spent at LAX has made me a crossfit supporter for life! This has to be the most amazing box ever for a bunch of reasons. 1) The training is wonderful. Mark, Arbel, Dan, Shira and Ahmed are great instructors who really work with you to help you improve. Their hard work and guidance, combined with witty commentary and encouragement made even the most difficult workouts seem possible. Plus, it is great to do a crazy workout like Murph, and look up and see one of your coaches doing the workout and still encouraging you while they struggle through the mile run or 100 pull ups. It's pretty cool. 2) The space is one of the best. It is not only a large box, but the space is utilized very well. There is a lot of room and it is rarely filled; even if it is, it never impedes my ability to do a workout. They have a lot of equipment to remain consistent with the varied movements and weights, etc. Also, the actual color scheme of the box makes it a very festive place. Walking in to the bright blue and yellow makes it a happy experience, and you forget you are in a big huge room. And the music selection- second to none. Sometimes i want to dance during the workouts...and we have done that on occasion as well. 3) The people are the best ever. What really makes LAX stand out is the people. In general, most crossfits will have wonderful training and great resources. But the people is the element of crossfit that cannot be replicated. The people at LAX ar some of the coolest people. Like, so cool I would actually want to hang out with them outside of a workout. There isn't one person I met at LAX that I didn't think was awesome an I actually looked forward to going to class so I could WOD with them. There were also a bunch of badass girls at our box who really kept me working hard. These girls could kill a WOD then walk in the next day and look like they stepped off a magazine cover. There is something so encouraging about working out with girls who are able my size but able to turn into beasts during a workout. No offense to guys, but the girls are always my strongest motivator to add #10 more to a rep or to pick up my pace just a little bit. In case you can't tell, this box is great. The location is great, the training is great and the people are the coolest group of folks. I am out of state for school and I actually miss these awesome people. But if you are lucky enough to end up at LAX, it is well worth whatever adjustments to your schedule you need to make. So stop reading and go do a WOD! :) read more

This is my 6th week at LAX Crossfit. Great workout, and the Coaches are really good. they take time to teach the movements ensuring to minimize the chance of injury. Chris O, Salty, Keenan, and the owner Chris are the instructors i've trained with. This is a good Box and Kimmie is the best, she's the liaison that makes sure your transition in the gym is smooth. read more

Wow!! great time with Chelsea... I'be been doing CrossFit for about a month before trying this place out and was a bit apprehensive with the WOD... but it was great! Chelsea did a good job with watching and coaching and encouraging. I would most definitely recommend this place and if I was in the neighborhood or lived nearby to continue at this location. read more
