I have been eating here for several months. In fact it was the first place my girlfriend and I enjoyed when we first met. There is a good mix of classic meal like meat loaf and burger and other sandwich's like chicken and Ruben . The place can get busy in the evening but if you have to wait it is not usually more than 16 minutes or so. Staff is always quick to meet our needs and it is a big reason why we keep coming back. The noise is usually more from other people than tvs at the bar so it is a fun place to be . Lighting is not bright and not dark just a good balance. Dinner was amazing at Conrad's last night. The server was so kind and all around pleasant to have. The restaurant was clean and bright and full of people just enjoying each others company as well as some fantastic food. The tenderloin was delicious and ate well the 2nd day as well just heated up! I don't know what they put in those French fries but I could have eaten nothing but those and been happy. They were out of this world! The onion ring app was so yummy but sooo filling and I ended up getting full before I even started on my meal (but I got to have it for lunch today so kind of a win!) the only reason this place is getting a 4 star is because we sat at a table by the door as it was all that was open and every time someone would open the door it was freezing cold and we kept getting chills. I've been wanting to try Conrad's for awhile and today was the perfect day since we were out and about in Liberty. Giving 4.5 stars here...our server was the bartender and is a hardworking, great server, thank you Dustin! I had the Ceasar Salad w/Grilled Chicken and the Chess Player had the Shrimp Pesto Linguine, both of which were delicious. My only complaint was no booths available and we had to sit at the table with tall stools, which is not my fave. However, had we been anywhere else we would have missed out on Dustin. The atmosphere is decidedly dark and sports-oriented with TV's strategically placed. The menu consists of a variety of choices. We opted to start with an order of onion rings. These are seriously not to be missed - thick cut, lightly breaded, delish. Our server was Ryan. He did a very good job of being attentive and helpful if a tad over-animated. I asked him for a burger recommendation and he suggested the Adobo burger to which I added an egg. It was a good burger on a great bun although a little overdone imo. My wife had the mac and cheese with chicken. She enjoyed it for sure. Too full for dessert we decided to take a piece of carrot cake home. No regrets there - it also was very good. They do have a fairly deep beer and wine selection. My wife chose a wheat beer - Boulevard I think - and left the bottle empty. This was my first time to Conrad's and I have to say I liked it! We had our work Christmas party here and there were about 12 of us! We ordered an array of appetizers and entrees. Everything came out in a timely manner and all at the same time. I must admit this is a huge pet peeve of mine when dining in a large group. The food never seems to come out together, people are done eating by the time someone's actual entree arrives, and it can be a hot mess! That was not the case here!! They had a large selection of beers and cocktails and I was impressed with the portion sizes. I ordered a steak and it came out perfectly medium rare, once again impressive considering the size of our group. My daughter ordered the kids salmon and I must note I loved seeing this option on a kids menu. After a long day at a customers facility and a poor meal last night, I was really hoping for a good meal. Someone recommended Conrad's to me so I thought we'd give it a go. I had a steak the night before and wanted something different so I got a wagyu burger and fries. I'd never had wagyu beef before but it was amazing. It's a little on the rich side, so I don't know how often I could eat one but this night I certainly enjoyed it. I ordered medium and it's exactly what I received - nice crust on the outside, slightly pink in the inside. The fries were handcut and perfectly seasoned and fried. Top it off with a nice cold ginger beer and it was a great meal. My coworker ordered the ribeye and it looked delicious as well. Waitress was great. She was very friendly but not in that "I'm flirting with you to get a good tip" way. With plenty of seating, and a noise level that's reasonable for a "sports bar" it was a great place to unwind. I love this place. I haven't been disappointed yet after 3-4 visits. This time I tried the chipotle chicken sando on their seasonal menu and WOW. Big props for using chicken thigh instead of breast, because it tastes way better especially with the perfect amount of char smokey flavor they prepared with it.
