Since we elected to have the front and rear differential fluid changed along with our transfer case fluid change in addition to our 13 Qt oil change (diesel), we spent the time sitting in our car and talking to the team. They are the most "well oiled machine" (pun intended) ever! We were super impressed with the teams communication with one another and we've never had such an awesome experience getting an oil change. I had to hand tighten the 3 remaining lugs and drive back. My rim was destroyed and they had to replace all 4 with new ones but the service was terrible and it took over a month. Lucky I had my stock rims and tires otherwise I would have been out of a vehicle for a long time. And once my new rims came in they completely ghosted me about mounting and balancing the new rims. I'm just grateful my buddy was following me the day my wheel was wobbly and almost fell off otherwise it could have caused HUGE Problems and been dangerous for me and others on the road
