I empathize with the fact they had an issue getting the two front ones off. The reason for being irritated is the fact that normally having them check the air is free. I had a tip ready for them and the guy who checked the tires tells me his boss is mad because it was taking too long to get the two stem covers off, then proceeded to tell me it was going to now cost me $20 plus tax was added. I didn't have the money to begin with and have now overdrafted to pay for something I was not expecting, especially since I wasn't told prior to them taking them off. Had I known I wouldn't have had them do it. I previously gave 5 stars but today I feel like they did me dirty. So I won't be returning.

They always do an outstanding job, and- no matter how busy they are- they always have our vehicles done when promised. They are also superb at explaining beforehand anything they discover that could use repair. My most recent visit was especially great: I brought my sons's car in, and LTP was able to help him obtain an E-check waiver. LTP noticed that the Left Rear Control Arm was failing. When Rich called to inform me, I chose to put it off. After I paid for the services performed, Rich informed me that "the Control Arm was still under warranty," and they replaced it free of charge, as it was a safety issue. While they do take reservations/scheduled appointments, they serve all customers on a first come, first served basis. As I drove from the parking garage to the circle to pick her up to go home, my front right tire went flat. We called roadside assistance through our insurance agency, and Cameron came to the rescue.
