I mean...It's not...bad...but I think expectation should be set in order to decide if this spot is for you. If you are coming for a restaurant experience, expecting delicious gourmet pizza...skip it. The food is just for fuel. If you don't like children or you have an irrational fear of buffets...this is your personal hell on earth. But, if your child is a human energizer bunny, this chuck-e-cheese, Disney hotel dining hybrid (minus the animatronics & characters) might be the next best thing to a qualified babysitter. They have multiple dining experience rooms based on the 50s, including a film room where you can watch a movie while you eat. But, I'm most impressed by the variety of activities. From putt putt to arcade games to bumper cars to giant life sized connect 4, they offer kid friendly games & activities around every corner. If you're coming for an adult experience, know you'll be sharing the games with families & kiddos- & I didn't spy any alcohol for consumption. The place could be cleaner/more hygienic, & the food could definitely be improved but if I was 5-12 this place would be heaven!

    If they're happy, I'm happy

On a road trip once we stumbled on to the Incredible Pizza company in Memphis, TN and it was amazing. The pizza was a step above other buffets, my wife appreciates the gluten-free crust option, there were plenty of non-pizza options, and the rides were perfect for my daughter. My family lives in Dallas, so I quickly googled where the closest location to us would be and found this one. I don't know why it is not associated with the larger company or listed as a location on their website, but given my sample of two I can say that the pizza is better and this location is overall cleaner. Maybe the owners wanted a higher quality than corporate and split apart? I don't know, but I'm glad this one is closer than Memphis or Oklahoma City. We liked our visit so much, we made a video of it. Please check it out here: https://youtu.be/1KmcAalSwao

I read the reviews on this place. The people leaving snide reviews might need to circle back around and check out this place again. I'm sitting at a table in the "gymnasium" themed dining room right now and its immaculate. Yes it's a weekday lunch but it's still an establishment. Staff is going around cleaning constantly, manicuring the buffet and dining areas. When I first arrived there was a heavy presence of older folks, maybe all meeting for lunch, so some of the pizza on the buffet line had been picked through and been sitting out but when my family and I got settled to our seats and turned back around, there was fresh steaming pizza being laid out. My husband ordered a specialty pizza (shown in pic) and they brought the entire pizza to our table in 5 minutes. From the moment we walked in, the staff is very welcoming and friendly to all patrons and cordial with each other. Team morale goes along way, especially in front of customers. I applaud this incredible pizza. It's not out-dated, there are several themes to this place and it's a great place for friends and family, my children are 4 & 5 years old and they played and rode the cars just fine!! One thing I would recommend, especially in this type of environment, the restrooms need to be cleaned. Desperately.

Frustrated and confused…read more I saw that this place had great reviews, so decided to try it out, but sadly, our experience did not live up to the hype. We placed our online delivery order at 7:09 and estimated delivery was 7:50 to 8:05. Order was delivered at 8:45, but hey, stuff happens right? Even though we live within 2 miles of the place. Side note:before I ordered, I made sure to give over 20% tip because I worked in the service industry and IYKYK... Ordered two pizzas: 10 inch vegetarian and 12 inch Chicken delight. We RECEIVED a 12 inch vegetarian and a 10 inch Chicken delight. We ordered a 2 liter of root beer. We RECEIVED a 2 liter bottle of Coke. The side of Alfredo we ordered was freezing (like it came out of a freezer) type of freezing. Both pizzas were cold and hard like they had been sitting. Lacking in flavor, tasted like cardboard. I don't understand how this place has so many high ratings--it was NOT good at all! All in all: Spent over 90 dollars to get the wrong pizzas (which didn't taste good anyway) the wrong beverage, freezing cold sauce and it was 40 minutes late. They did get the salad right, so kudos on that. Mostly just disappointed because we had really high hopes for this place, but definitely will not be reordering.

Come to find out Marsala's also has a location in Huffman, but they are not related to my other fav spot. Inside, the restaurant is actually small, I was expecting it to be much larger. They do bring you their garlic knots right at the beginning of the meal, but they did not look or taste much like my other fav Italian place in NE Houston. The bread at Marsala's was dry and crusty (the other place has soft and pillowy bread) and there was no drippings or garlic butter resting at the bottom of the bowl, so I just ate a little of the interior of the knot itself. I ended up choosing a lighter dish, shrimp scampi, since I was still full from lunch and my dining companion chose the chicken penne. I'm not sure whether the chef was out sick or what happened exactly, but both dishes came out from the kitchen really bland. There was no salt or seasoning to the food. The pasta also didn't seem like the water was salted during cooking. We mentioned this issue to our server, who then told the manager. They were really apologetic and even comped our entrees even though that wasn't our original intention. I just wanted to know what happened and why there was no seasoning at all in the food. We left and of course didn't bother to order dessert. In summary, the service was really good, I will give them that much, but the food was barely edible. I'm just not sure I would even come back to try other dishes since these two we ordered just could have been so much better.

At some point, we lost count on the songs, as one blended into another and each sounded just like the one before it. Hey, it was Thursday and he was a local putting himself out there for us to listen to. It's nice to have live entertainment during dinner and the background music was just background enough. Our seats were near the bar at the high top tables that gave a commanding view of the stage and bar area. The place was crowded for a Thursday night, filled with regulars enjoying the food and ambiance this century old building exudes in spades. Much like the breakfast menu we enjoyed a few weeks ago, our meals were almost identical. We both enjoyed the Reuben sandwich for our dinner. I personally wished it had more kraut, but the corned beef was tender and flavorful. I had added the sweet potato fried and we shared the cheesy fries as an appetizer. Cheesy fries do not do it justice. They were coated with more than enough cheese, accented with chopped onions and other herbs that added flavor and texture. Our waitress was wonderful and explained anything we had a question about during our meal order. I had an amber beer with dinner that really accented the reuben nicely. All in all, the dinner service was as enjoyable as our venture in there for breakfast. The Red Brick Tavern has now become a place we will go to more often ... not only for the food, but for the ambiance. Ciao, Darrell

It's the human side of the business that you just don't get all the time, you know? Anyways on the drive home I ate all of the garlic bread. Every bit of it. I was starving and the cheese is just so REAL and the sauce is so immediately noticeably home made. Then when I got home I sat down to watch some family guy and ate the entire pizza as well. Excellent food and excellent experience, what else can you ask for!!!! I paid $36 plus a small gratuity and I thought that was a little pricey at first but man it was so worth it.
