Thoroughly enjoyed my first ever experience at Conroe's Incredible Pizza. For the price of $34.99 you get 3hrs of unlimited video games and they're attractions such as: Go Kart Racing, Laser Tag, Bumper Cars, VR, Mini Bowling (which was closed for renovations when we went) as well as they're pizza buffet which was very good! I worked in the kitchen area for a couple of months (salad bar). The entire time I was there I saw more than a few roaches where they keep the food. The owner, Mario Valadez was there 80% of the time. He is well aware of the roach infestation and chooses to do nothing about it. Since working there I noticed my health was declining. Obviously I had been eating the food from the buffet on my breaks. I quit shortly thereafter because of unprofessionalism and lack of communication with management. Even though I had quit I was still experiencing strange symptoms...I discovered I had a tapeworm, I have never ever had to deal with this. Up until I starting working at incredible pizza I had no health issues. I had to go to the doctor and get proper treatment. Since then my health has gone back to normal. I guess you should worry about a Buffet that tells their customers NOT to eat something. We went to Incredible Pizza in Conroe and while there my wife made a comment that Mac and Cheese was the only thing that she liked. The cook standing behind the line actually told my wife NOT to come back for more Mac and Cheese. SHE WEIGHS 96 POUNDS!!!!! Were you worried that she was going to eat your whole supply of Mac and Cheese??? Unbelievable!!!!! When I made mention of this at the counter, the employees standing there knew EXACTLY which employee said it. When one employee asked us who it was the other employees responded with "Who do you think?" Took the family out to play mini golf. The food was alright , except the really old hot dogs. We passed on those. The pizza was good. They kept it full. Love the drink machines! We played mini golf. We played the VR and laser tag. Rode the go carts. Played a few arcade games. The VR was awesome. Only thing, if you have younger kids a few of the ten year old kids who played the VR got really scared and quit the game. My ten year old was okay, but he said the bad guys looked real and right up next to you in the game! Overall a great experience. The staff was very helpful. So this is not my first time here, I would say I've been here about 5 times. In general the place was always fun to go to and the food was good. It's been a year or so since I've been. Let me start by saying it is nothing like it use to be. We got there around 2:45 PM and the Buffett had an awful selection. There was hardly anything! They only had 3 pizzas out. My friend and I sat In the family theme room and as we were sitting there a RAT came flying out from under the booths. The person behind us eating saw it as well! I told a manager very discreetly about the situation and what we saw. I explained that the RAT ran behind the small booths. He seemed very uninterested about it. So we finished using our game card and left. After we left we felt awful! The food made us sick! After reading reviews I see this isn't the first time someone has seen a RAT. Had my sons party here it was such a fun time. I loved the fact that I didn't have to cook food. Lean up the mess and the fact you can order your cake through them saves me the trip of having to run to the store. The pizza Is really good. We haven't had one we didn't like. We enjoy the buffet and choosing what we like. I always get the baked potato and salad bar. Check to see their daily specials. But I am writing this review mainly for an employee named John F. He went above and beyond after my son had a teeny tiny scratch on his finger from a child's game. . We didn't need an incident report because it was really no big deal and the scratch was quite small. But John made my son feel so much better, he was so friendly and great w the kids. It's buffet food but if you are strategic about your pizza choices (grab whatever just came out of the oven, pass the stuff that has been sitting), it's not bad. The family of four packages are the best deal- $55 plus tax for 4 buffets (2 adults, 2 kids), 4 Freestyle drinks, 4 $7 gamecards, and 4 attractions (such as go karts). We went to Incredible Pizza this past Friday and although the buffet was fresh and good as usual we did have an awful experince. While in the theater room we noticed it was very dirty, food left on every table, food on the floor and no attendants around to clean it. We cleaned our own table and after sitting down we noticed what we thought to be a mouse. Sure enough it was not only one mouse but a foot long " field rat" and baby rat came right out to the table next to us in the middle of the room to eat food left on the floor. There is a major rat problem there and I have never seen this in any restarurant up close and personal. We alerted the manager and left without finishing eating. Other customers saw the rats as well. I asked for a refund and was promised one but I did not get it. Also the managment said they were aware of the rat problem and was trying to address it. I've visited this location several times with my young cousins who live in the area, and most recently this past Sunday night. They've got a salad bar, soups, baked potatoes, pasta (spaghetti, penne alfredo, mac & cheese), chicken nuggets, fries, and of course, PIZZA! They seem to refill the buffets often. I love the desserts! I always get a warm cinnamon roll after I get my fill from the other parts of the buffet. Other options in the dessert area include soft serve, slushies, various fruit cobblers, and cookie cakes. The family room is my favorite themed dining area. We watched "Leave it to Beaver" with our dinner! My only complaint was that there were a good amount of uncleared & dirty tables and some areas were a little sticky. I understand it's kind of hard to avoid those things when you are at a buffet. They had a trainee that had no idea what she was doing, had no supervision, mischarged us, and was so quiet you could barely hear her. Mini golf was a disaster, there is a machine where you swipe your "game card" to get tokens for the balls and it wasn't working. Of course, no employee was in sight. This is the worst experience we've had. Our four year old walked out crying because the other kids were so rude. Nothing to my sight was being cleaned, expect two gentlemen cleaning tables. The Incredible Pizza Company is anything but. Mediocre (at best) food, brutally expensive games and attractions, and deceptive menu pricing (see below) made our Saturday afternoon less than ideal. My kids had fun, but my wallet did not. Laser tag was fun, but way too expensive and pretty small. About the only pluses were the decent dessert bar, fun eating spaces (old-school Batman FTW), and the Coke Everything machines. I love me some peach Fanta. About the deceptive menu: my wife and I typically do not drink soda and we were not planning to when we visited the Incredible Pizza Company. Instead, we wanted to purchase the buffet without drinks, hoping to just get water at a reduced rate (or better, free). We were informed that they do not allow purchasing a buffet without a drink, even though the two items are separate (and separately priced) on their menu. Oh well, we thought. We weren't going to ruin our kids' afternoon over four bucks. Once we got to the buffet, we figured out why they force you to buy a drink: they have no way of enforcing a water-only policy on those who don't pay. Not my fault, though, so quite a few demerits for this as it was frustrating. The Incredible Pizza Company has potential, and I could tell that it is probably much more affordable during the week as opposed to the weekend due to a variety of midweek specials, but I think I will be taking my entertainment money elsewhere until they become a bit more reasonable. read more

We watched 16 people leave in the 25 minutes we waited for them to let us in, without being acknowledged. Game cards have to be slid multiple times to read the card. Card reader machines broken. Ice skates cut my finger. I took one step on the "ice" and got off. We returned our skates and they told us they would refund our money. I waited 10 minutes for them to do that. It never happened. Attraction lines were so long the only thing we did was bumper cars, and that was a 45 minute wait. When we went to cash in our tickets for prizes, the line had about 20 people in it and 1 worker. I cannot comment on the quality of their food or selection of entertainment. I can comment on the service. I booked a birthday party for my 3 year old granddaughter last week, to be held today. The deposit was $75 with a 72 hour cancellation rule. I was told yesterday, that there is an epidemic in Texas - especially in this area - of Whooping Cough. Playground equipment is one of the biggest transmitters. Outdoor equipment has the sun for a natural sanitizer, but indoor equipment is the biggest risk for children to catch this deadly disease. Because we have several immuno-compromised members of our family, I decided to cancel the party today. I contacted management to alert them of the cancellation and to urge them to take extra precautions in disinfecting their playground equipment. I asked if he had heard about this new outbreak in this area, and he said no. I also "asked" if I might be able to get my deposit back. I wasn't surprised to hear them say no refund. It was after all inside the 72 hour window. But I was disturbed by his lack of concern about the news of the outbreak and did not indicate extra precautions would be taken because of the Whooping Cough epidemic. He seemed satisfied that they are doing enough in their routine disinfecting. Being the caregiver of an immuno-compromised person, I found his indifference disturbing. I will not be endorsing Incredible Pizza to anyone in the future and until I receive some feedback showing genuine concern for public health, I will encourage everyone to avoid the place. read more
