They told me the cashier handed them the penny, said "bye-bye," and they were too shy and uncomfortable to question it. Concerned, I went back into the store with them and asked how much the figurine cost. The cashier confirmed it was $1. I then explained that my daughters had given him a $5 bill. Rather than apologizing or acting surprised, he gave me a smug look before finally handing over the remaining $4. It was very clear that he knew the correct change should have been given in the first place. Taking advantage of young customers who may be too nervous to speak up is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope management addresses this issue so it does not happen to other children or vulnerable customers in the future.

They had so many areas to play and joined us for a lot of the yoga. The class itself was super beginner friendly and gave lots of time to interact with the furry friends. The catio is a nonprofit business who is dedicated to finding loving homes to cats in need. All donations go towards their facility and the health of these sweet strays in need of a home! Highly recommend supporting them for just a visit or checking out their collabs with other local businesses.
