Located in the Garden Atrium, the Conservatory Café is not actually a Starbucks, so don't anticipate being able to use your app/giftcards - but they do "proudly serve Starbucks coffee" and have espresso blended drinks, the vanilla/caramel syrups available, as well as, white chocolate mocha. The quality is a bit decreased, and the cost higher; however, can't beat the convenience of this location when here. They also have two breakfast sandwich offerings and several pastries, yogurts, pre-made salads, and meal bars, and drinks to go. Busy Friday morning, only had two people working hard & quickly, but still quite a long wait - they could benefit from being more staffed. No where to sit in the café itself, but you can take a beautiful walk through the garden and find a bench or somewhere to sit.

In a time where most of the restaurants are full, it's crowded as it can be, and looking for a time to sit and relax with a hot drink, this is I guess the only coffee shop open (the other one close to the lobby was closed). Long line, but luckily they had the muffin I like. The cashier was kind of rude (I guess serving coffee number 1,000) and did not even ask to warm my muffin. Other than that...as good as a Starbucks coffee can get.

Chicken salad croissant pricey but tasty.

Very nice setting within a cavernous hotel. Excellent service and superior drinks. Price to match. Four drinks for $60 with tip.

This was a great little wine bar with some small plate options. It is dark, mysterious, and very romantic.

I sent my two teenage daughters into the store with a $5 bill to purchase a small cat figurine…read morepriced at $1. When they came back out, they only had one penny in change. They told me the cashier handed them the penny, said "bye-bye," and they were too shy and uncomfortable to question it. Concerned, I went back into the store with them and asked how much the figurine cost. The cashier confirmed it was $1. I then explained that my daughters had given him a $5 bill. Rather than apologizing or acting surprised, he gave me a smug look before finally handing over the remaining $4. It was very clear that he knew the correct change should have been given in the first place. Taking advantage of young customers who may be too nervous to speak up is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business. I hope management addresses this issue so it does not happen to other children or vulnerable customers in the future.

They had so many areas to play and joined us for a lot of the yoga. The class itself was super beginner friendly and gave lots of time to interact with the furry friends. The catio is a nonprofit business who is dedicated to finding loving homes to cats in need. All donations go towards their facility and the health of these sweet strays in need of a home! Highly recommend supporting them for just a visit or checking out their collabs with other local businesses.
