What a cute place that's just so pink and a girly! I love places like this. We came here for the happy hour which they didn't have much on there but the happy hour special is daily from 4-6 and they also offer complimentary valet as well which is nice. The staff was friendly from the valet to the restaurant itself. I just came here to try their expresso martini and the presentation was super cute. The taste was good as well.

The Pink Hermit - Nashville, TN If you're someone that prefers to enjoy the simpler things life offers, perhaps, allow me to recommend "The Pink Hermit." It's part of the "The Hermitage Hotel," near the entrance, offering indoor and outdoor seating. "The Pink Hermit" offers great selection of hot teas, coffees, fresh baked goods and pastries. And of course, their cups and plates are pink. Hehe. It was raining outside in mid-afternoon, I came inside for few hours to admire their hotel lobby. While waiting out the rain, I spent an hour, sitting in the hotel lobby, drinking hot tea with my two delicious pastries from "The Pink Hermit." At one point I stepped away from my sitting area to go admire more of the lobby history and when I returned, one of my untouched pastry and half drunken, pink cup, hot tea was gone. When guests services came back and asked, "Would you like anything else we can assist with?" I replied politely, "Yes please. I had hot tea and unfinished pastry that I stepped away from to admire your historical lobby." He apologized, "I'm so sorry, I cleared that because I thought you were done." "It's alright, it's no big deal," I replied. "What was it that you ordered, let me get that for you?" I was reluctant but he politely insisted. I replied with a smile, "If you want to, you can bring me my order, but I promise I'm not needing it." Few minutes later, he brings me a tray with freshly steeped hot tea, and not one, but two fresh pastries, "Please enjoy on the house." Later, we continued our conversation for about ten minutes. This type of old-fashioned, customer service I crave because it's like a hidden gem . For this reason I highly recommend, "The Pink Hermit," located in downtown Nashville. Overall, I'm looking forward to returning here and enjoying great comfortable ambience. For more great content visit YouTube.com/@AbroadTravel

Such a cute space! I love the decor and the aesthetics inside. I ordered a caramel latte while I was here and it was delicious. I haven't had a chance to try their food so I took a star off for not being able to experience it yet but the coffee was good and the space was clean and tidy. The hotel it's attached to is so very pretty and I love the vibe.

Checked out their patio during pizza week and had the avocado pizza and basil cheese pizza with an espresso martini and a grapefruit spritz. The waiter didn't bring up the happy hour specials until I had asked about it so it felt like it wasn't something they advertise. the overall cost was around $70 so still pricey for a happy hour but overall a nice patio and experience!

We stopped here for a drink and quick snack before our play at TPAC across the street. This is a trendy little cafe in the lobby of the hotel that also serves alcohol and has a food menu with limited offerings. The service was pretty good. For just ordering a single pasta dish, it took a little longer than expected. The pesto brussel sprout pasta was tasty and the old fashioned was solid. I would return to try the other menu offerings if I were in the area.

Best espresso martini I've ever had. Thank god for coffee shop- bar hybrids where you can get one that doesn't taste like watery coffee and vodka. I'm not picky but it's been a long time since I've enjoyed one for sure. Long time Chicago resident who's a Nashville native who hasn't had a proper one in almost a year for context. This cafe has excellent food and better history. Check them out and tip your server. Try anything - great quality. Great and gracious service.

The Pink Hermit is an elegant cafe in the corner of the Hermitage Hotel. More a breakfast cafe but they also recently opened for dinner as well. We stopped in for coffee and a dessert for a midday snack. The S'mores brownie was delicious. The brownie itself was actually flipped upside down and frosted on the bottom creating a crust like taste on the bottom. The coffee was great. I just did the fresh brewed coffee black. Mostly pink decor. Very aesthetically pleasing and well designed. Also love the logo!

Inside the hermitage hotel is a lovely secret shell, the pink hermit cafe. Boujee cocktails, a lovely tapa menu, brunch delights and of course, coffee. I say boujee because the prices match as much as the pink decor does. Treat yourself though, you are worthy baby.

For breakfast, the coffee and muffins were delicious! I had the blueberry matcha, but they change seasonally, and I don't think you can really go wrong here. Lunch was tasty too, but really, the chefs don't miss at this place. Enjoy.

Good pastries and decent coffee. A little on the pricey side. A small bottled water was over $5 for example

There was a line when we arrived, but it wasn't so bad. It moved by pretty quickly. While in line, you bypass all the pastries displayed behind the glass and they looked beautiful! Everything looked amazing. I ended up ordering the Twice Baked Croissant and the Fried Chicken Breakfast Sandwich. The Twice Baked Croissant was just incredible. It had pistachios on top, a pistachio cream inside, and also a cherry or raspberry jam inside too. I love pistachios, and the pistachio cream inside was so light, creamy, delicate, but flavorful. I absolutely loved all the different textures. The croissant was airy and fluffy inside, and the outside had a nice flaky exterior. And the fruit jam inside complemented the pistachio cream very well, it added a nice sweetness that blended well with the cream. For me, it tied the whole thing together. I will definitely be thinking of this pastry when I think of pistachio croissants. And for the Fried Chicken Breakfast Sandwich? Wow. I didn't know what to expect, but it was much larger than I anticipated. It was tall, like when I was bringing it to the table the top part of the bun almost fell off my plate because it had height. The fried chicken piece was great: juicy and had a nice golden color. It was crispy and also quite large for a chicken piece.. All the components about it were executed well: the fried chicken, the coleslaw! (i'm a coleslaw fanatic), and the sauce inside the sandwich was wonderful. Also last but not least, the fried egg too? Wow. I love a good runny egg. I'm not exaggerating, I was drenching the pieces of my sandwich in the sauce on my plate. It was just that good. Genuinely, I couldn't believe I finished that sandwich because it was very filling and that fried chicken piece was huge! Service was fast and friendly, I liked interacting with them. It is pretty small inside and we came on a weekend so it was busy and packed. We were lucky to snag a small table but it was difficult to find seating when we got our food. All in all, I'm so happy we came here. Yes it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. The quality is clearly there and showed up through everything we got. I had such a memorable time, thank you for taking care of us!

As coffee lovers, we split the 32-ounce "papa bear" size ($24), paired with the Elegy Burrito ($13) at the recommendation of the barista's favorite breakfast item on the menu. Given the other options, I wouldn't have naturally gone for a breakfast burrito with onions and sweet potato - but it was absolutely delicious! The eggs in the burrito tasted so unexpectedly fresh, and all of the other ingredients added such flavor and balance (served with green and red salsa cups, too, for an extra boost). Although the coffee and burrito quickly added up, price-wise, I would recommend both and would order them again (granted, next time I'd forgo the bear cup and just get the drink). Service was friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere was great for dining in or to go. I really like all the plants surrounding the coffee bar and interior seating area as well, along with the patio area for outdoor seats. I found it amusing that of the free fitness class I'd just attended before going to Elegy, at least 5 of us students came here after - speaking to how popular this place is from locals, not only business professionals working in the office building or tourists downtown.
