Elegy coffee is my favorite. I have gone to all locations in Nashville and the service and quality and taste is always consistent. I am very pleased. Definitely my top five favorite coffee shops in nashville the location. I frequent. The most is the East nashville location. The vibe and ambience is always superb. I love the feel very modern but still calming. I love that they add a lot of greenery in the shop. The retail area is so nice so clean and various aesthetic definitely adds onto the nice five I enjoy looking at it all the time, and I love that they have such a large selection of merchandise, even candles. Let's get to the best part. I always order the honey bear latte. It's the best. I don't care all year around. I get it especially during pumpkin season. I get the honey bear pumpkin so good! My second favorite, which I low-key want to gatekeep, but I won't Actually, it's my first favorite, but like I said, I wanna keep it, but I won't. Is the ice miso caramel latte with oat milk. The flavors are so bomb and out of this world I was very hesitant to try it at first, but oh my God when I want a latte this is the latte that I want. That's the first thing I think about when I wake up and that's the first thing I get on my way to work. Highly recommend if you haven't tried it! Always a fan of the honey bear latte and the matcha lattes, and have never had a bad thing to say about any of the breakfast burritos! The baristas are nice and friendly and the wait time for food and beverages are pretty normal. I grabbed a 32oz honey bear batch to take home, but sadly it was spoiled upon opening. I got a specialty lemon latte here that was super unique and delicious! It seems they often rotate special flavors and I would love to try more. You can order inside or outside. A friend introduced me to Elegy over the summer, and I fully get the hype now! I've ordered coffee and food from this location twice in the last few months, and both times was impressed by the consistent preparation and tasty flavors. Most recently, I ordered the Pumpkin Honey Bear and the Elegy Burrito with sausage instead of bacon. I've had the regular Honey Bear, and I think I prefer the pumpkin! It's a little more expensive to get the bear bottle, but worth it in my opinion because you can split it between two people or save it for the next day. The Elegy Burrito is delicious - one of my new favorite hearty breakfast options in East. It's filled with eggs, cheese, black beans, meat of your choice, sweet potatoes, and an amazing cilantro crema. You even get some salsa for dipping/topping. It may seem a bit pricey up front, but this burrito is massive! Definitely big enough to share or save for another meal. read more

This place was a cute find! It is a little small on the inside so seating is only offered on the outside, would recommend bringing a jacket if it's a windier day cause we were cold. The orders came out really quick too! I got the pumpkin cold foam chai. I felt like the drink was good but too sugary for me, would have liked a more balanced drink. Clean, green, hip, no inside seating. Got a burrito and a the shortest most delicious cortado I have ever seen. It was like a paper thimble and I'd come back again. They were full and fast and nice people. There was no virtue signaling or flags like most of the other coffee shops but ironically it was the only place I actually saw a trans guy. So so ... the ambiance is cozy but the service lacked warmth. My oatmilk latte was rich and tastes great, but for the price is small. Edit: realized this review was for the Germantown location regarding the atmosphere. I loved the Cold Brew so I imagine it's the same... Atmosphere, service, cold brew, creations, all a big win! I loved the live plants and the indoor and outdoor seating options. It's by my dentist office so very convenient for me to treat myself, but it's also worth visiting more than every 6 months. It's pretty small inside but also next to the Griff apartments so there is a modern courtyard outside which offers more seating and entertainment space although technically might not be part of the coffeeshop. Now this is a place I would gladly go every damn day! They use Anchorhead beans so you know it's gonna be good. Everyone here is super friendly and the service is quick and painless with a window or the counter to order from, depending on the cloud that hangs over your head. I always get the americano cause it's perfect, but the honey bear is so damn tasty. Had to even get one to go (which comes in the cutest lil bear bottle). They made a new concoction called "The Zen" which has cucumber, mint, lemon zest and oat milk to make that coffee buzz sing in a whole new way, not to be missed! I have another favorite coffee shop in Nashville but I tried Elegy on my most recent visit and I know I'll be hitting them up on future visits. The shop we stopped by in East Nashville has outdoor seating so definitely a great place if the weather is good but otherwise you'll want to take it to go. It was awful coffee. Maybe it was our fault we came at 3pm, but it took 3 minutes to even be acknowledged. The guy making the lattes just stood and flirted with a girl while making the lattes. Top 5 of worst lattes I've ever had You could tell the espresso shot wasn't pulled correctly and i stead of adding more ice to the lattes to not milk down the flavor, we watched him just add more milk.
