Once I got it back it started leaking I took it back they said it needed a rear main seal, it never leaked before, but I trusted them expensive! Then when I got it back it was still leaking. Took it back and now it was transmission leaking, again it wasn't leaking before and now a module and a seal needed to be replaced! Got it back was still leaking the technician put the seal on wrong! Then in the midst of all of this my exhaust started making a noise they said that's not there problem. At the end of all of this the manager and the service manager today concluded it was not there problem and just get a lawyer we are done. I am a senior citizen and veteran on a fixed income and have hard time absorbing these cost! I hope no one uses this company for anything sales or service work, they are liars and cheats!

He has performed multiple procedures on my teeth over the years, and never have I had any pain to speak of during those. He has even seen me on impossibly short notice for a painful broken tooth when I had thought I would have to be in pain for a few days, he made time to help me that same day! I left today after waiting 25 minutes after my appointment time before advising Therese I needed to reschedule and explaining that the complete disregard for my time is terrible. I completely understand that things happen but they are tracking at 100% I am seen after my appointment. Sometimes I am brought back to sit and wait and sometimes I am just left to sit in the waiting area. Here is the thing, had someone come out and explained that the provider is running behind and provided and est time I would be seen I would probably wait but I am just left to sit all while watching the provider walk back and forth to his office no less than 5-6 times. When I voiced my concern to Therese she did not respond, she just looked at me like I was insane. She looked at me like, how dare I expect to be seen on time. The dental work is "OK", Cannot really say anything bad about that, but value your clients, value their time. I am never late for my appointments, because I value their time. They know they are running behind...do me the courtesy of a call to advise me of this and ask me to come in later or reschedule. But...nope...ZERO client respect and value.

I was told I needed fillings done for micro cavities that were neither felt nor bothersome in any way (micro cavities do not require treatment I have since learned). I also went through 4 different hygienists in 2 years, the last 2 of which were absolutely terrible, frankly the worst I have ever experienced, and I like getting my teeth cleaned. They also didn't give me my records when I requested them just to discover thorough records were not being kept (violation of Dental Ass. regulations). Please do some research first before choosing a dentist. Beware of this place.

I had a broken composite filling to be replaced and Dr. Micheal's created a new replacement that was also cosmetic. It looked much better than the one that broke off the tooth from my previous dentist if over 15 years.. The office staff were friendly and knowledgable. I really enjoyed the dental technician's friendliness and candor. The doctor and staff had a wonderful working relationship. They communicated effectively throughout my treatment with the doctor teaching along the way. I am a RN and have worked directly with physician's in a clinic setting throughout my career, and can recognize a great staff in how they effectively communicate with each other as well,as the service I was provided. Went to a new dentist in New Port Richie. They said that the crown had a hole in it and didn't fit properly. They did xrays and an exam. They didn't charge me a penny. They will clean my teeth for $60.

Otherwise the sick patients have to face an irrefutable bill. We were billed $50 because my wife woke up running a fever shortly after I had to cancel because I had gotten sick. Logical no-show cancellations make sense of course. But forcing people to come into the office while running fevers, and back-to-back family illness (which makes sense given we live together that we would catch from each other)? If you or someone in your household gets sick on an appointment day, know that you will be billed! And when you're in the office, know that the other patients might be coming in while sick, as they will be billed if they don't show up. We had chosen Heinecke Family Dentistry because they were not a big chain and seemed genuinely family-run. After spending several thousand dollars on extensive dental work out of pocket, they drew a hard line that we pay another $50 for getting sick, or never come back. The worst part is the duplicity of seemingly like a genuine and compassionate place, but actually have no issue tossing out two patients who have been coming for years for not coming in when sick. Thankfully we found another family-owned dentist office where we don't have to worry that other patients will be coming in while running fevers under threats of fees if they no-show for illness.
