DOH requires that the equipment suck air from under the basement floor to create reverse pressure and take out the gas safely. Instead, he put in pipes into empty air of cinderblocks, which just blew the air around. The pipes also had no dampeners, and created no suction. I had to pay another company additional money for them to repair his fake installation. The owner is jovial and nice enough but completely screwed this job up and has gone radio silent after I contacted him with the photographic evidence of the problem, and the bill from the other company that fixed the problem. Now I don't have a radon problem, but not thanks to Radon Fix. I'm also going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

They installed a shielded rubber coupler with the pipes at an angle and a unshielded coupler outside. I called to ask about it, and instead of putting me in touch with an owner or supervisor the receptionist transferred me to the technician who did the repair. He said they do that because it's easier, it's fine and they will stand behind it for 30 days. Not what i expect for over $400. I won't use them again, and I wish I could add pictures of the " repair".

After blowing a gasket a few months ago and threatening to show up at the main office, the regional building manager called and showed up to go over everything and assured me he would be back in touch, that was in February and has not followed through and gotten back with me. My overhead garage door has fallen off the track twice this winter, once I had to have a company come out and reinstall it since they couldn't get someone out for a couple of days. The door leaks water and wind so bad, during the winter months it has actually frozen shut and I have been unable to get the door open for days. Regional building manager was supposed to get in touch with the company and get us an upgraded door but again, no response. For the amount of money I have spent on a "Custom Built home" and $40,000 in upgrades, nobody seems to care about their customers after the sale is done. my house is situated on 6.5 acres is ready to be developed into 5 additional build lots with two of these lots belonging to my daughters for their homes. I do like my Wayne home but definitely time to check out other builders.

That did not happen for a week. Also burnt trash on my rock wall and left it. They do not handle anything for you with the health dept nor do they treat the well before leaving. The mud was left in a pile that will have to be moved by me to get into the building I have that I was very clear that I needed to get into. Anyway cheaper isn't always better.
