Preparing for the worst - I called, they quoted me less than I was expecting, and then said they'd be here _the next day!_ (No cars in the garage - this was NOT an emergency - it'd be a week with no garage door!) They called shortly before the window closed on their estimate (still counts! In the window!) and the tech arrived shortly after, and had the quote confirmed after checking it in person, did the work, and was out in roughly thirty minutes! New springs, and a quieter garage door! My ONLY complaint - I used their online form to request an estimate - it submitted, but I never heard back via email, I had to call in! And when I called to "leave a voicemail" - they picked up and got me scheduled!
