I was charged $250 for unknown or unseen work a couple of traps were set in my yard the next day there was no bait in one of them and half the bait was gone in the other I was told that every animal that was disposed of would be a charge of 79 dollars and if it was a skunk it would be 90 dollars so I feel like with the traps in my yard I was able to catch any animal that was in the area and I would've been paying to remove the animals I could not touch the traps for fear of a $250 fine when I realize that this was seeming to be an ongoing charges I decided just to end the services and took care of the problem myself I closed up the areas that they had torn into you can buy traps on amazon for 26 bucks !

I called first thing Monday morning after leaving them a message on Saturday. The lady who answered the phone told me that they got my information and the owner would contact me soon. Waited until Friday and called back again. Was told that I was on the short list now and that I should hear back from them to set up an appointment at the first of the following week. Again nobody has called. I called again the following Wednesday and was told I would hear back from them by the end of the day. That was at the beginning of August. I've still never heard back from them. I would completely avoid this company. I can't imagine if I actually had them do an install and I needed a follow up appointment. I recommend you find someone that wants your business and takes your calls seriously when you reach out for help. It's definitely not this company. They've wasted a month of my time.
