Staff for a bunch of kids. They'd rather do nothing for a paycheck. You as a customer are bothering them or inconveniencing them. To pay your bill online to save from extra fees doesn't work. You asked him to help you they literally laugh in your face. And go yeah we know. No they do not waive the extra fee for paying it in store. They don't tell you all the information you get a Wi-Fi mobile pack it's not secure. Basically they just sell you things that you don't that's not what you're looking for. The bill goes up with no notification. Or explanation to why the bill changed. You call customer service they're a little bit better. You let them know about the app issue they go oh we'll look into it but nothing changes. So minimal coverage unlimited talk and text and whatnot $145. That's pretty high if you ask me. Would I recommend them no. Port Chester location. It's extremely frustrating. They fixed the issue with the app once next month you have to do it again next month you have to do it again just to pay your bill. Not worth the aggravation in the frustration it causes. I don't recommend AT&T either in Harrison New York. They basically say one thing and do another and then blame you as the customer. I wish we had old service like we used to landlines and an actual phone company. Classic is always better. New technology new advances and improvements isn't always better. Consider yourself warned if you go here for cell phone service or any other service. It's a joke not a business. Very dissatisfied. And if you have learning challenges or for technology challenges. Forget about asking for help. Your phone goes wacky and things start changing on it that you didn't make the phone do you go in there to ask them to help you. And they don't. So your phone's all messed up it's almost like they want to convince you to buy yet another phone. Instead of resolving the issue. Then the phone would be fine. It's a scam. the staff were very nice however the only reason I switched to T-Mobile was for a lower monthly bill. I was assured many times by multiple staff members that my monthly bill would be lower per month than my previous carrier and instead it is $30 higher. I have tried multiple times to resolve this issue with the Port Chester location and am being ignored. would not recommend doing business with this location. read more

Very convenient T-Mobile store in Port Chester. Staff all very helpful. Went here to update my phone to an iPhone 13Pro. Unfortunately the iPhone I required was not available here with earliest expected availability in mid February 2032, subject to ordering now. read more

never again!!!!!! the absolute worst customer service ever. the techs have no clue what they are doing and one even came back from a break stinking of marijuana. no manager on site or he was hiding in the back. one worker just sat there texting during each visit. we had to handle the tranfer ourseleves spending six hours on the phone with customer service. stay away from this place. read more

The worst customer service. I needed to fix a certain problem with my account and went to this store instead of calling because we were in the area. One of the employees told me I had to call in and that he couldn't fix the problem (false). I told him that I was informed that I could get it done at any store. Mind you, there was only one other customer there at the time and there were at least 3-4 employees there. He kept saying just call because he can't do it there. Then his colleagues were like "just do it" which made him angry. But he did it. Took 10 seconds, no joke. THEN we started to look at the phones in the store and he yelled from across the room "you guys, do not step on the carpet!!" Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I went here switching to t mobile and the three guys working here stuck through me and my mom not knowing any of our information for 2 hours! As soon as we walked in it was busy, and they immediately came over and let us know when we would be helped. They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. I highly recommend! read more

I hope Legere reads these... This store is why I am grateful that my personal account is not with T-Mobile (proudly with AT&T). A bunch of kids who rather hang out behind the counter than help customers. I went to this location regarding my company phone that mysteriously stopped working overnight. The useless kid refused to help me because this phone was under a business account. I get that excuse if I need info on the account. I just want to know why my crap phone just dies. After he refused to help me; he just threw out there that my phone had water damage, thats why it wasn't working and he continued to not lift a finger or even look at the phone. Well, no water damage on my end as the phone was working 100% fine. Well, T-Mobile you have another business phone off of your network. Whoever manages this store, either send these kids to a customer service class or get rid of them and hire employees who care. read more

The guy that works there was very rude. Every questioned I had he was talking to me like I was stupid. He was to busy trying to get back to look at his phone. " that's fantastic " in the rudest way possible when I told him something. Would suggest hiring new friendlier workers. read more
