This program launched in 2016. Now, the T-Mobile Tuesdays app got updated to the T Life app. The app is free to download. On some Tuesdays, T-Mobile offers free physical items for customers to redeem via the app and pick up in-store. Some of those items are reusable tote, winter blanket, socks in honor of Pride Month, a notebook in honor of Black History Month, Halloween "Trick-or-Treat" bucket, and so much more. On June 2nd, T-Mobile members can score magenta picnic blankets. I visited this T-Mobile store on Walt Whitman Rd in Huntington Station, NY. There are a few parking spots up front. I walked in and clicked redeem on the perk and it started the timer of 5 minutes for redemption. Staff were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you to download the T Life app if you have T-Mobile and haven't done so already.

My folks are older and had a million questions, and he stayed with us for over an hour to answer everything. My mom even wanted to know how heavy the iPhone was without the security tag on it, and he even went and got his own personal phone just to show them. Can't say enough good things.

    I went to the store to replace my I phone , sent to the store for exchange all process was done by…read moreT mobile customer service, the people in the store were not able to process the transaction and there manger on the phone was not able to help them I got the 611 customer service team spoke with them , and confirm that the job is cleared from their end and no issues as the store claim that their system is rejecting me as authorized customer even I am the owner of the business account long delay few hours , no experience and don't care about my delay I came back after I drove my wife home , claim the problem was them not able to find the button for next page, not able to transfer my data from old phone to new one , ask me to come next day , long delay and lack of customer service experience and of technical assistance

I canceled my contract with them in February 2020 and they continued to bill me then had the nerve to send me to their collection agency. I spent 2 hours on the phone with a T-Mobile "supervisor in Georgia named Reggie who was inarticulate and slow in trying to resolve my account closure issues. He failed miserably and his overall demeanor was downright horrible!! I would NEVER step foot in this store again let alone deal with their horrible customer service or lack thereof. Atrocious!! I still had to pay $215 for a phone line that has been inactive since February 2020!! They should offer me a refund of $215 for charging me after my phone line was inactive for 4 months!!
