I can't say enough about how grateful I am for the help my wife and I received from Consolidated Towing. Basically, our car broke down south of Bend on New Year's Eve and after finally making it to Bend, there was nowhere to go with every body shop and towing company closed for the holiday. Consolidated came to tow us to the Redmond airport where we were going to pay to park our car and rent another to take us home to Portland. Our tow truck driver, Mike called his manager, Keith who got on the phone with me and, understanding our situation, offered to take our car to his tow yard and park it there free of charge. Everyone we dealt with at Consolodiated was so friendly and helpful during our ordeal. Keith suggested some auto wrecking companies and donation groups to us, as our car was not going to make it back to Portland. He even dealt with the donation group we used in person since we were both several hours north of Bend and couldn't make it back to town. He took care of everything for us and was so kind and gracious the whole time we were figuring out what to do with our car, even removing and mailing us our license plates. I never write reviews but I simply had to express my appreciation and complete endorsement for Consolidated Towing. Today my wife and I had the pleasure of having Byron assist us. We were in the toughest spot with our car (base of Mt. Bachelor) and Byron came to our rescue. Not only did he tow the car, but he gave us a lift back to the place we were staying. On our drive, we got to talk with him and learn about different aspects of his life. We talked about so many things in such a short time and it was great. It helped us focus on something more than the issues with our vehicle, which have us pretty stressed out. Byron showed us kindness when we need it most and I think that he's a fantastic example of a human being. I wish there were more Byrons in the world. There was miscommunication from AAA which led to a long wait for the tow truck with me being left in the dark for awhile. This would normally be a bad review because of a situation like that. But....Because the driver of the tow truck was kind and attentive and because Keith from consolidated reached out to me with a detailed explanation and apology, the review has changed. Our car battery up and died unexpectedly outside Trader Joe's in Bend. I called AAA who sent Consolidated to assist. No sooner was I off the phone with AAA, Danny from Consolidated phoned to say he would be on his way after one other assist before us. He estimated about 40-45 mins. He phoned again after about 20 mins and said he was on his way and would arrive in approximately 20-25 mins. His estimated times were accurate and we truly appreciated being updated. Yesterday I called Consolidated when my old Mazda 626 wouldn't start. They sent out their battery guy, Adam, who was prompt, professional and...dare I say...kinda cute! Adam was able to diagnose the problem right away and being that my battery was older than 6 years and a little "crusty", we decided a new one was in order. I have worked with Consolidated Towing twice now, both were very positive experiences. I was in an accident, cars totaled and they were called to move the vehicle. They stored it overnight and were very compassionate when I went to clean it out the next day. They provided advice, let me borrow a screwdriver to remove my plate cover, and offered their assistance and condolences. Today they showed up again to replace a battery in the loaner vehicle and were on time, very professional, billed my insurance directly and went above and beyond. This was my 1st experience with Consolidated Towing and it was more than excellent. Danny Searcy went WAY above and beyond to help me. 1st of all he arrived even before I expected him. He diagnosed what was wrong with my car, called a shop for me, went with me to the shop so he could explain to them what was going on with my car, he waited with me while my car was checked in and then he even gave me a ride home! Without being melodramatic, this was the best customer service I have maybe ever had in my life. The employee Danny Searcy arrived 45 min ahead of schedule. He was very professional and at the same time being also very courteous and friendly. Danny did not try and up-sell me on anything but I decided to purchase a new car battery through him because I trusted his opinion on my 5 year old battery. Zack responded to our dead battery call to AAA. He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He suggested that we likely needed a new battery and that Consolidated would come to our home and test the electrical system and provide a new battery if needed. All at AAA's expense except the battery. We made an appointment for that service and Danny arrived promptly and also did a thorough, professional job. We stopped in Bend for a few days on our way home from the CA desert. On Sunday morning our battery was flat dead. I couldn't even open a door. I called AAA and they connected me to Consolidated Towing. Within an hour, Travis was here and happy to help out. He tested the battery and fortunately for me, they carry new ones on their truck. He was very clear and supportive when working with me to push my car out of the garage. He worked carefully to line my car up for a safe tow. And he was most respectful of my mechanic's needs when getting my car off the back of his truck. All involved tight spots and careful work done with great efficiency. When I stepped away from my car to fetch a drying towel at the car wash, I had no idea I had also locked my doors. The car was running and my phone was inside. I was able to use the attendant's phone to call my husband, who called Consolidated directly. i am so impressed with the sweetness, kindness and knowledge of joshua . instead of just towing my trooper, dusting off his hands and calling it a day, he listened to my sad story, asked me to try and turn the trooper on.. it didn't start.. after a few trys he popped my hood and cleaned my fuses and relays and voila, it started. he even waited to make sure it continued running. joshua, thank you for being such a wonderful youn man. read more

I want to give a HUGE thank you to the dispatcher, Michael, and Rory. They came within 25 minutes of my call (I expected to wait a couple hours), were friendly, talkative, and looked like they enjoyed what they were doing. Vic was amazing. I was confident I needed a new alternator and therefore a tow. He arrived and was positive, even funny, and asked to check the battery. Turns out my brand new battery was dead. He saved me time by not towing me and giving me proper advice. I'm up and running and I'm super grateful for his help.
