We called Rollins and Sons and they said they would try to squeeze us in. They got us taken care of same day so we could enjoy our trip and had a safe car to drive in. My anxiety…read moreand PTSD were really kicking me hard when my car died, but after a call to my insurance company put me in contact with Litsis thing only got better. I was contacted within minutes by Melissa after my insurance sent them the job, she was amazing in helping me deal with my anxiety. I had some questions and concerns that took another Litsis team member to help me, Crystal rocked it as well! She explained how things worked, answered all of my question like the professional she is. My day only got better from here when I met Jake, he opened everything up and got to business. I'm disabled with serious neurological damage that keeps me from helping myself anymore, Jake treated me with kindness, respect and understanding ... I'm definitely Team Jake now! He was in and out within 30 minutes, in fact the whole process took less than an hour from the time my insurance company contacted Litsis Towing. I also checked around and was told by two different towing companies that you do not tow motorcycles and you borrow towing companies' gear all the time. Plus when you figured you weren't going to come out, you didn't call me. You shot a text with a whole bunch of misspellings. I waited around for an hour, BTW. That's an acronym for "by the way".

If it were possible to give a NEGITIVE review I would. It all Started with an accident on Tuesday…read moreevening 12/9/25. Everything started very positive five stars, including him saying he would be billing our insurance for us for the tow, so it wouldn't be out of pocket but then things changed. first, we were never told how much the charges would be before hooking up our car, which is required by the Oregon State Board of Towing and Oregon towing laws. Second, he said that he couldn't take the car to the body shop of our choosing that night because they don't accept after hours drop-offs. this is a lie I called the body shop, and they told me they do, especially for our insurance company USAA. Jaden said he would store our car at his yard overnight then take it to the body shop Wednesday. I agreed to store it for one night but come Wednesday it never left his yard. (it finally left the yard 12/19/25) the yard fees were $110 a day, so in my opinion getting it to the yard was the goal in the first place. On Thursday when I asked when it was going to the body shop, he said he was waiting for the insurance to contact him. This is a lie, it is his responsibility to contact the insurance to start the payment process. I feel he was dragging his feet on purpose to increase the yard fees. On Saturday (with my patience almost gone) I asked once again to take it to the body shop, and I was told once again it wouldn't leave the lot until he got paid. Only then did I find out the bill at that point was $1025.55 which in it of itself is ridiculous for a simple flatbed tow, especially since it took him 5 minutes to load my car with help from the other tow company, and the other tow company did all the cleanup. (what little there was) I don't know what the final bill was, but I was told it was considerately higher than I was informed on Saturday. This company is shady, the owner operator (which I was told has a suspended license, but I don't know for sure, I heard this third party) is slimy, dishonest, and untrustworthy. Chose any other tow company but Central Towing. If you have no other choice and you are stuck using Central Towing, DO NOT let them take your vehicle to their yard. You may never see it again. I have no doubt the owners of this company will rebut this review, but I promise this is all true and I have witness to the acts as well as text messages from Jaden to prove what I say. Please heed my warning about Central Towing. This is an added part to my previous review: The owner said $1025.55 is completely justifiable and it may be, but my insurance company informed me that he submitted a $12,000 dollar bill to them. I don't believe that bill is justifiable. This is just one more thing that proves my feeling about his character.

7PM on a Monday night. Supposed to head out on a camping trip tomorrow morning and I lock myself…read moreout of my van which has a dead battery and is parked inches from my fence where the only key access is located (FOB would have gotten me inside but the power door locks won't work with a dead battery.) Casey was kind enough to drop what he was doing and come rescue me. It was probably the shortest tow job he ever did (5 feet) but I would have been late to the campsite if I hadn't come across Casey and Cascade Heavy Rescue. Thank you for saving the day. He pulled the van forward, I climbed in and activated the battery boost button (jumps the chassis battery with the rv house battery), started the van and re-parked it a couple feet from the fence. Lesson learned.

She was able to understand our needs and walk us through sharing our location. (We had a coolant leak in our pickup about 10 miles west of Sisters.) She found a driver that could be there in 3-4 hours. In about two hours, she called to say the driver was on his way and would be there in about an hour. Russell arrived as expected, was very friendly, conscientious, and thorough. Kept us informed about the steps he was taking and delivered us and our pickup and fifth wheel to the dealership. He even dropped us off to pick up our rental vehicle. They made an unfortunate situation as positive as they could! Thank you both!
