Previously I had used H&R block and just never felt like I was in good hands - It was always some inexperienced kid on rotation who was assigned to file my taxes and overall an uncomfortable experience... so much that I actually became intimidated and overwhelmed by the entire process and didn't file for a couple of years. A completely Polar Opposite experience when walking into Ferguson & Ferguson!! My usual tax anxiety was immediately extinguished as soon as I began chatting with Earl and his son, David. Both Earl and David are extremely professional and go through everything with a fine toothed comb to ensure that you're not paying any extra or missing out on any possibly deductions. Some of the issues that surfaced were deeply personal and hurt to talk about. But those were my personal road blocks. And with Julie's help, I have overcome them, and work everyday to keep overcoming them. IMO; Julie can coach through work and life issues and everything in between. I am a different person than who I was four or five months ago. I am more passionate at work, a better wife to my husband, and have found my creative mojo again.
