The most beautiful dessert I've ever had the pleasure of eating. The "Guava Cream Cheese" was my favorite. It was sweet, creamy, and savory. The "Raspberry Lemon" was also good. It was not too sweet at all. It felt fluffy and so light. If you don't like desserts that are too sweet, I recommend this one. The staff was friendly. The price was reasonable to me because of the location. You have to walk around a bit inside the Hard Rock to find this hidden gem. read more

There are two Constant Grind in Seminole Hard Rock in Hollywood; one by the Hard Rock Hotel and the newer one is in the Guitar Hotel. The one by the Hard Rock Hotel near the Food Court is closed now. Maybe for renovation? But the one in the Guitar Hotel is flooded with customers waiting for their coffees, sandwiches, croissant, gelatos and chocolates. As a routine, stopped by to pick up a coffee and an almond croissant. Wow, it just hit the spot. However, every time I stop by, the chocolate sculpture and gelato are starring at me. The Oatmeal cookie is wayyy too sugary, and I like sweet. The chicken wrap had plenty of chicken pieces but there was little lettuce and way too much dressing ( and I like dressing) The staff seems to gather and talk among themselves often. Noted it when ordering, during passing. WHY am I tipping counter service? The person rang up my order, hoped for me to add the tip at the second screen, picked up a cookie, put it in a bag and handed me a container with the pre made sandwhich. The black lady manager.. totally inept and unfriendly. $26 for a white choc mocha, afogato, 1 Danish and a bagel. It took 14 minutes to get a fn bagel warmed up. Was it busy there? At 230 pm, a rush started AFTER we ordered. Yet the 6 ppl behind us got their coffees and food before us. Whoever was in charge of the food.. Jesus fn christ. Very disappointing. I was starving hadn't eaten all day so it should have tasted even better but I had to wash down every bite:/ I did order a chocolate chip cookie as well and it was great, so maybe just go for coffee and treats idk but I didn't know a simple turkey bacon avocado could be so bad...especially not for $20! We love the gelato/ice cream here! it is the perfect size for an after dinner treat and it's truly delectable. Constant Grind is located in the Hardrock Hotel. It would be a pain to go if you're not visiting the hotel as it would take a long walk to get there from the parking garage. However, if you are at the hotel it's an excellent dessert shop. We had the Peanut butter cup gelato and it was excellent. Creamy, sweet and loved the peanut butter chunks in the gelato. It's lit up pretty nice and is right next to the guitar hotel by the pool entrance. Perfect to grab a bite and head over. The staff were all very friendly, they offer a sample trying as well if you are unsure of what to get. Prices were decent for the location and quality. Would come back read more

Such a cute shop inside the guitar hotel. If you want something quick and not go inside a restaurant, definitely check out Constant Grind. They serve tons of different things like coffee, ice cream, desserts, breakfast sandwich, baked goods, and more. All their desserts looked amazing that I had to try it after having dinner. Their strawberry shortcake is amazing! We also got to try one of their ice cream. You have to pay for the ice cream first before you pick a flavor. It was a bit pricey, but then again, you are inside a hotel and a casino. We also tried one of their breakfast sandwich the following morning. They heat it up for you and place it in a little Tupperware. Some days the line is long and some days it's short. It just depends on the time of the day. It's actually really good and gets bonus points for its convenience. They are open until 2:00am which is great if you want sweet drunchies late at night or if you're like me and want to sip on fancy iced coffees at the pool in the early am. We stopped later on for some Ice Cream. There we encounter some problems. Under staffed. Only three employees, one by the coffee counter, one cashier, one to man the rest of the shop. Everything is fairly expensive here, so by comparison, it may have been the cheapest after dinner option. After seeing a show at the Hard Rock Live, we figured we'd wait a bit before heading over to pick up our cars... and being in another long line. The hotel and casino were packed. We decided to find a place to get some dessert. We stopped at the cafe but there we were told it would be an hour and a half to get a table! We walked around a bit and found this coffee shop. It's a casual sit down place with takeout, too. We grabbed a table and then sent our other halves (we were with another couple) to order and pay at the counter. We got two small decaf coffees and an almond croissant which they heated up for us. That cost a total of $15 and change with a small tip included. Their coffee is the Italian brand Lavazza. I didn't know they even made decaf, but the coffee tasted great -- no bitterness like Starbucks. This is not a chain. It's their own coffee shop (there's one other at the Hard Rock in Tampa) as they have decided to no longer have chain restaurants within in tthe property. In addition to coffee, they have other drinks, different pastries including cookies, as well as gelato/ice cream made daily. read more

I was really craving some dessert, so decided to stop by Constant Grind. I'm not one for gelato, but for some reason I decided to get some that day. I got the cookies and cream gelato and it was hands down the best gelato I have ever tasted. It wasn't too much but not too little - the perfect amount of cookie bits in a smooth vanilla base. For one scoop it was only $5, which I feel is reasonably considering it was inside the Hard Rock. I've definitely paid for more expensive gelato that wasn't half as delicious. I would go to the Hard Rock just for this dessert. They also had a lot of pastries that were reasonably priced. I didn't get to try any when I went, but I would love to during my next visit. Terrible gelato, unfortunately. The employee refused to let me try a sample even though the sample spoons were right in front of me. She said she could give me two flavors but I had to pay for it. I said "what is the difference between scooping ice cream and handing it to me and just allowing me to sample it before I buy??"She said they don't do samples anymore so I then asked "then why are there sample spoons on the counter on top of the gelato and why is there used sample spoons in the garbage can????" Legit question. She said she doesn't know. LOL ohhh okay. I got two scoops of the chocolate, and the chocolate chip cookie dough and it was terrible. They had zero flavor and the gelato's texture was dry and had so many ice-crystals. I told the cashier that I'm not paying for something I clearly don't like bc she could have just given me a small sample instead of wasting all of that gelato.
