We have bought multiple things online that were shipped to this store and if there are any problems, the store instantly separates themselves from corporate and leaves you laying flat. I have lost a major customer due to non accountability at the store connected to corporate, and yesterday I lost a whole day of work because their app made a mistake on an order that the store or corporate would not fix or make right. 2 guys on our team lost the full day of work and corporate kept me on the phone forn40 minutes last night only to say "sorry, your screwed. Its our fault and we understand your mad, and have been put out after you paid for an in-stock item, and we can't let you take it , even though you paid, but we accidentally ordered an out of stocknitem for you. No biggie" but never did anything to make it right. Giant waste of time and money. This is three times now they have either sent me beat up junk items they would not make right on, lied about the order shipping time, and now another huge issue. Total loss of $8k at this point. I dont see me shopping there again. My company spent well over 70k there over the last year and a half. Guess they dont want my money any more. .

She gave a spill of only having 2 mechanics and one of which is not very good. I most definitely will not be bringing in ANY of my equipment. No need to contact me now, I have hired someone else to come to my property and service this. Thanks for heads up on Shitty service Dept. though. The kits were only 9 O-rings and plastic spacers. I got screwed for not shopping for something I had no part number for. After paying an extraordinary amount for some rubber and plastic and now having the part number, I found the same kit for $12.99 to as much as $34.99. At the very least, Parish Tractor got me for $500.00. The money is one issue. I was told that those other kits were not up to Kubota's standards. What standards? I rebuilt my cylinders and the tractor would not hold pressure or even lift a brick. Returned to the store and explained my problem, was given the breakdown of the seal placements. Removed the cylinders and noted that I had done everything correctly. Being an aircraft mechanic all my life, I started troubleshooting the issue. Turns out that those so-called Kubota standards were and are not any type of standard at all. Apparently, Kubota has no quality control as well. I found that one of the brand-new O-rings was 0.014" smaller in thickness than the original one. Knowing that I could never convince Parish tractor that the issue is with their parts and they sell crap for parts, I took it upon myself to fix the incorrect tolerance of the (Kubota) part. Not going to give away my fix because Parish tractor deserves all the negativity they can get and to keep ripping people off for their extensively overpriced low quality parts. [Summery] I will not step foot into that store again or spend another dime on their junk.

I am a home owner not a commercial operation, but I do odd jobs on the side that require me to rent 1 or 2 use items; like a tow behind articulating lift. My story: I get hired to trim and thin some trees and call General Rental in Milton to rent a lift. We make 3-4 phone calls back and forth to coordinate details and that I would pay but one of my workers would pick it up Friday late to get the weekend rate. I do most weekend job alone, so my guys get off-time. These lifts are designed to be operated by one person either from the ground OR from the bucket. I was doing this job solo until I am stuck in the bucket about 30-ft up in a tree because the controls don't work. I call for help and it happens to be my guy that picked up the lift. Guess what? GR gave him this lift KNOWING it was broken and REQUIRED 2 people to operate. If "I" had been told this, I would not have taken rental. These are lies or omission! During none of our phone calls and payment process was this equipment limit expressed. So, Monday morning I am obviously PO'd because I lost money and time due to this failure to notify. The owner tells me "It not my problem!" and "Its a known problem with the unit and the manufacture refuses to fix it." ok, so tell your customers!!!!! Let us decide! We squabble and he refunds the day rate. We part, both mad. I call today (months to a year later) to rent a Tiller. All is going well. Previous renter, yes. Oh!? We can't rent to you. What, Why? There's a note from the owner! WHAT A COWARD!!! He rents broken equipment, customer get made, owner curls into the fetal position and prove he is unable/unwilling to work through a conflict. The definition of a "snowflake". DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH GENERAL RENTAL UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO PAY FOR THE BS OR SUCH A BIG RENTER THIS OWNER MAY BE DEPENDENT ON YOU. Refuse to "Kiss the Ring" and go to Pace, Pensacola or Crestview. ALL are better than this panty waste knucklehead!

I needed to…read morerent a trencher for a small project at my home, so I went to General Rental on Hwy 90...they took good care of me, and while I was there, I noticed they sell and service Ferris zero-turn lawn mowers, and I recently purchased 2 Ferris mowers in Georgia where I used to reside, so I made a mental note of it. Oh Boy, what a mess this turned out to be, two terms come to mind, UN-just Enrichment and Blatant Rape! They basically lied to my face, virtually no communication unless I instigated it, miserable customer service all the way up to the Manager, tried to keep my old blades and the list goes on....if this were the last "repair shop" in Florida I'd still drive to Alabama or Georgia! As I mentioned, I have 2 mowers and ironically they both had "warranty issues". Neither would start, and each has 2 fuel tanks with separate gauges, the gauges were "unreadable", the lens's were foggy...these mowers are new, about 50 hours on each. I was assured this would all be handled under warranty and was never told anything else...until I went to pick up the last one! SOMEHOW this establishment worked up a $434.71 bill for they're services, WHAT?? Basically warranted a starter but charged me for absolutely everything they could dream up. If your renting from them, you "should be" OK, you enter they're lot looking for service, you had better be very careful, you, in my opinion, are about to be a victim. I could go on and on about the lack of professionalism in this front office but I'm gonna go lick my wounds, you have been warned.

Had problems from the beginning, but the dealership seemed to to be making an attempt to do their best. Gave them the benefit of the doubt for almost a week. My farm was falling apart without a working tractor and the dealer brought out the tractor three or four times, but each time there was a different problem. They took it back to the shop each time and thought they had it fixed, but still could not demo the drive over deck mower. Told them I needed my tractor more than I needed the drive over deck Since they already had my trade-in and my farm was falling apart. So I told them to just bring me a quick latch bucket loader tractor and and a regular old style deck. This was almost an $800.00 retail difference in value, not to mention all the inconvenience of having to get under the tractor and hook up the PTO. I had to fight tooth and nail to get them to make the adjustment on the price. They didn't think they should have or refund the the difference for a lower level piece of equipment, and even their employees didn't know about the product they were selling. One of there employees actually told me that "I had read more about the new equipment than he did as he had to learn about it on the job. NO factory ever showed them how the product worked and they had never watched the on line videos". They were trying to sell me equipment they couldn't even operate. Finally they found a suitable replacement and owed me money they held the tract hostage pending my signing documents I could not open on their website. As long as they make their sale how inconvenient it is for the customer. They obviously don't the equipment they are selling as they cannot demo it. Product is good, dealership is extremely questionable. Trade at your own risk.
