Piss poor communication-Service Dept is completely useless! She is simply RUDE! I called and spoke to a Monica or Mona (not quite sure her name) she said she would call me back with information on my Kubota SVL service 2 weeks ago when she has time. She gave a spill of only having 2 mechanics and one of which is not very good. I most definitely will not be bringing in ANY of my equipment. If I could make this a negative five-star review, I most certainly would. I ordered, paid for, and picked up two (2) 7j262-63400 boom lift cylinder seal kits and paid $614.??. The kits were only 9 O-rings and plastic spacers. I got screwed for not shopping for something I had no part number for. After paying an extraordinary amount for some rubber and plastic and now having the part number, I found the same kit for $12.99 to as much as $34.99. At the very least, Parish Tractor got me for $500.00. The money is one issue. I was told that those other kits were not up to Kubota's standards. What standards? I rebuilt my cylinders and the tractor would not hold pressure or even lift a brick. Returned to the store and explained my problem, was given the breakdown of the seal placements. Removed the cylinders and noted that I had done everything correctly. Being an aircraft mechanic all my life, I started troubleshooting the issue. Turns out that those so-called Kubota standards were and are not any type of standard at all. Apparently, Kubota has no quality control as well. I found that one of the brand-new O-rings was 0.014" smaller in thickness than the original one. Knowing that I could never convince Parish tractor that the issue is with their parts and they sell crap for parts, I took it upon myself to fix the incorrect tolerance of the (Kubota) part. Not going to give away my fix because Parish tractor deserves all the negativity they can get and to keep ripping people off for their extensively overpriced low quality parts. I have only visited this store twice. The first time was to buy a fuel line for a John Deere push mower. I was greeted and provided service by a friendly middle aged man. The fuel line ended up not being the issue so I returned to inquire about buying a carburetor. This time an older gentleman was sitting at the counter to "help". While he was able to locate the part (or a part) and provide me a quote of over $150 as well as $75 per hour to do the work, he refused to help me ensure the part I was interested in was in fact the carburetor. I had the mower in my truck less than 150 feet away and simply wanted to point at the part so he could verify before I committed to buying a part from the store that costs more than $150. He told me it would cost me $40 for him to walk and look. I asked just to verify, "in order to make sure we are talking about the same part you want $40 to walk and look at it." He matter of factory stated, "yep" and he moved on to the next customer. Prior to this point I had planned to both buy the part from them AND pay to have the repair made. After his lack of willingness to assist I left. I googled and found the part on Amazon for $39....and a quick easy short YouTube video to get it replaced. Luckily there was a review to let me know there are actually two different parts for this model mower depending on the specs of the motor. Still not sure which one this guy was quoting me. From an optimistic perspective I should thank him for acting as he did as it likely saved me at least $200. Realty is it was off putting and I will not be back. read more

Had the mower about 3 months got it back it worked but was rising from being left out in the weather.

Went shopping for a small garden tractor on a budget, and they were more than willing to work within it. They had a used 1999 JD455 Diesel in good condition, and at a great price. They included a servicing and delivery with original owners manual from the seller. Runs great, still looks great and will defiantly go back for more business. My 80 year old father took a chainsaw in for warranty and they told him they could replace the saw for $30 more than to repair it. So $500 for a saw that was under warranty.. My father called Stihl and they replaced the saw. Not my first bad experience here; the last was for a bagger that was sold by the piece instead of as a kit. I had to return three times to get the parts I needed, at $200 more than I should have paid. I'll be buying a tractor soon but it will never be from this dealership. Would have them put air in a tire! read more

Wise Equipment sold us our riding front engine lawn mower 3 years ago. they have a great program where they come to your residence and pick up and do a winter special, sometimes this takes a bit of time to pick up but the people are helpful and kind. I live in Navarre FL and I would not buy any equipment for my yard except Wise Equipment. Thank you. read more

Unfortunately this facility is the only authorized John Deere repair shop nearby Crestview. They really have you over a barrel its them or no one. Our John Deere lawn tractor was still under warranty when it needed a new seat. I called John Deere to verify that the seat would be covered at no cost to myself. They assured me it would be free. I called wise equipment and they said they would pick it up. It has been 6 weeks since the first call it took them 2 weeks to pick it up and AFTER they picked it up they called and said to me by the way it's going to cost you $60 for us to pick up the tractor and bring it back to you. They did not give us the option of coming down and picking up the seat and installing it ourselves. After they had our tractor in their possession they then mentioned the $60 fee. So basically my tractor is being held hostage and is worth over $2,000 until we pay the $60 fee but they never told us about until after the fact. I find this very devious. I wouldn't even give them one star. If you live in the Crestview area and buy a John Deere at Lowes, or anywhere else for that matter please be aware the only authorized dealer is going to be wise equipment to have it serviced. read more
