From the free airport shuttle, to the staff being fast and friendly, the room large and comfortable with modern amenities - everything was perfect. Couldn't have a better experience for my first time in Indiana! I wasn't a fan of the dinner at the restaurant but the free breakfast and omelet made to order was superb! Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel is adjacent to I-70, however, it's also pretty easy to get to if you go into Plainfield on US 40 via SR 267 (as I did). The hotel offers a fitness center, indoor pool, free made-to-order breakfast, an evening reception, an onsite restaurant (The Local, opens at 5pm), room service, an airport shuttle, free parking, free wifi, a large event center, and a surprising amount of accessibility features. I was here primarily for a work conference onsite. The event center is adjacent to the hotel. It's a rather long, somewhat winding hallway that exists between the two. The hallway is pretty wheelchair friendly with low carpet and flooring that is easy to wheel. Embassy Suites has quite a few accessible parking spots, though when I parked at the event center not a single one was available. I ended up parking along the side of the parking lot to ensure my wheelchair had room. I was a speaker at the event and was pleased they had a pretty accessible room and a flexible microphone. I was able to use a clicker and handle the mic independently. I spent some time in the accessible rooms and was impressed. Embassy Suites was clean, employees I met were friendly, and I was impressed that the event rooms allowed a lot of quiet between the rooms. I've gone to a lot of hotel event centers where you could easily hear the room next to you. That wasn't true here. Embassy Suites offers an airport shuttle between 7am-10pm. They have an accessible transportation option with notice. They do allow pets (dogs/cats only, max of 2) with a $75 non-refundable fee for 1-4 nights and $125 fee for 5+ nights. I'm not sure if this applies to service animals (which they permit). The decor strikes me as fairly simple but pleasant. I really like the lobby area and I like that the registration desk is surprisingly accessible. I can remember a time when there were 1-2 small motel options in Plainfield. It's grown quite a bit, however, nearly all the options are by I-70. I'd definitely call this one of the best options. It's certainly one of the best options for those needing event/meeting space. While I was a little turned off by not finding accessible parking and disappointed the restaurant didn't open until 5pm, I'm overall quite pleased here. There are also quite a few surrounding restaurants as this is a quite busy area. I'd definitely return.

But then I remembered, of course, there is a conference center attached. Crisis averted. Check-in was so quick and easy that I almost felt like a VIP. The young lady at the front desk was a superstar, smiling nonstop and making everyone feel welcome. She gave me the lowdown on the bar and restaurant and even pointed out the bartender setting up so I could start the night right. When I asked about the restaurant, she lit up like a Christmas tree and spilled all her menu favorites, along with top picks from her coworkers and regulars. I knew then this stay was going to be legendary. My room was so spacious, I wanted to do a happy dance. The last Embassy Suites I stayed at felt like a shoebox compared to this one. I claimed a spot by the big screen downstairs, then realized there were TVs everywhere, including a cozy hideaway behind the bar for a more private hangout. We hit up the complimentary happy hour for some nibbles and drinks, then ordered a feast of shrimp, quesadillas, pork belly bites, and fries. Of course, we made friends with some fellow travelers, because what is a girls' night without new pals to laugh with? The area is packed with fun. There is an outdoor mall less than five minutes away, plus every dining option under the sun, from fast food to fancy sit-down spots. They even have a BJ's and other shops. Need a hospital? Covered. Need snacks at 2 a.m.? Also covered. The pull-out sofa was shockingly comfy, and I slept like a baby. Honestly, I was not ready to leave the next morning. The hotel offers laundry, a self-wash area, a pool, and a workout room, so you can basically move in. LOL Breakfast the next morning was a made to order omelets and juice, though you could fill your plate with all kinds of options. There are tons of seats for solo travelers or big groups ready to gossip and eat. I am definitely coming back and will shout this place's praises to anyone who will listen, from my friends to my family and even my coworkers. This hotel is a party waiting to happen, and you will want to be part of it. Embassy Suites Noblesville is a winner in my book for a staycation. Before I forget, the front desk decor and water wall create a beautiful first impression. The music sheets displayed behind the front desk are truly stunning. I suspect this musical touch is inspired by the nearby Ruoff Music Center, but I'll be sure to ask next time for the inside scoop. Check them out if you haven't already done so.

The bar is nice and cozy with seating to socialize or to gather in your own personal space. I went with some friends and family for a staycation and to watch a football game. The complimentary happy hour with the free drinks can't be beat and even when the happy hour is over the drinks are inexpensive compared to most places. The restaurant was also reasonably priced and the food was good. I only had onion rings but they were delicious. I heard from others that the quesadilla, pork belly bites, and bang bang shrimp were also good. With your stay you also get complimentary made to order breakfast where you can get a freshly prepared omelet just the way you like. I will definitely be back.

It was stunning from the moment you enter the front doors into the lobby, and the front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful. The little cafe to the right of the entrance is so beautiful and convenient for early or late night eats (open until 10pm). I enjoyed their smash burger and fries and it was very delicious. They even had some yummy snacks to purchase for your travels home which was a nice touch. I also really loved the fresh batched fruit water in the lobby near the elevators with rotating fruit flavors, another nice touch. It's really the little things that make all the difference. My room was clean, spacious, and the electronic curtains were honestly my favorite part! The bed was very comfortable, along with the complimentary robe hanging in the closet. The bathroom was also very clean and large, but the only downside was that the hairdryer that came provided was broken. They do offer room service, but I did not take advantage. The WiFi was strong and didn't have any issues with the connection as I got some work done from both from room and the lobby. I would absolutely stay here again if I'm ever traveling back to the area in the future!

My main concern was the rudeness of the staff. And I mean all of them. The bartenders at the lobby bar to the front desk and the people in the restaurant. Unbelievable! Second was the size of our "deluxe " king room. I was terrible claustrophobic. It was a very small room. And the bathroom was even worse! I guess I should have taken pictures, but didn't want to spend too much time in that room. The vanity in the bathroom was so small, there was no place to put my essentials. Then, let's talk about the bed. This had to be the smallest king size bed I've ever seen. We have a king bed. So I know how big they are. This was not. Then of course it was all broken down on one side. To the point I felt like when I laid flat, I would fold up! The food in the restaurant off the lobby was just ok, and way over priced. But that what you get at a hotel. Luckily we only stayed 2 nights. The good thing about this Omni was, it was clean. Very important to me. So, fyi, Valet is $61.00 an overnight stay. And more on weekends. That isn't posted anywhere, so I fought them on that. They took off one day charge. And, no place to park yourself. So valet is your only option. So, if you're in Indianapolis, save your money and stay elsewhere. Our room was $299 a night. With extra valet and all the fees and taxes, a two night stay came to $829.00. And that's after they took off one valet charge.

I am not sure if I caught the guys on a bad day but initially I was going to self park. After doing two loops and being confused on how to access it, I said F it and planned to valet. I pulled up to the valet stand and asked if that was where I dropped off. They asked me to pull up a little bit along the curb. Unbeknownst to me, they assumed I was there to drop something off at the hotel, not valet my car. I mean maybe its just me but don't they get cars dropped off to them all day!? That is their job. After retrieving my multiple bags from the car and approaching the stand where both employees were talking and looking at their phone I asked if that is where I turned my keys in. They held my keys and then said I didn't need a ticket. I was so confused and asked "so I am going to give you my keys to valet my car and you aren't going to give me a ticket?" They then finally realized that I wanted to valet my car. The multiple bags I was holding of my clothes and belongings clearly didn't give off the vibe that I was checking into a hotel.....I walked in to the hotel to check in highly pissed off I paid $70 to valet for one night and the guys were that incompetent. On the way out valet was super efficient and made up for the experience. I believe it was Christopher who retrieved my car for my quickly. He was super friendly and we even chatted for a couple minutes before I took off.

There is a Starbucks that takes mobile orders, as well. The "business area" felt more like a comfortable reading nook, with shelves of colorfully arranged books. It was very welcoming. We did not have a car rental, so we had to do rideshares and food delivery during our stay. Unfortunately, there is construction in the area (June 2026) that made it difficult for the drivers to figure out where to find us. Rooms were a bit outdated and didn't feel super clean. We didn't get our bottled waters daily like we were supposed to. I really needed the water because the water stations in the conference hall were AWFUL. They tasted like algae or as if it was filtered through a swamp. These were water filtering machines, too. Yuck. Elevators were slowwwww.
