As a result, we were forced to cancel a $25K trip to Africa. Visa Express was unapologetic for their failure and refused to refund. In fact, they blamed the Passport Agency AND my wife for their inability to perform. They are, at best, incompetent. Unfortunately, similar experiences have been reported on sitejabber.com. So, perhaps they are just dishonest. Either way, you have been advised.

She made copies of what we had and gave me the print out of the tickets and said "Perfecto todo esta listo" "Perfect everything is ready" 10 months later, we get to airport and they did not let my mother board because she has the wrong passport!!!! I called the agency and their solution was, leave your mother at the airport and go without her!!! my mom is 67 years old, not fluent in English AND with no car or way to get back to her house which is an hour away from the airport. Till this day they have done nothing to get me tickets. on the contrary they want me to pay an ADDITIONAL $3,000.00 dollars for new tickets. I originally paid almost $5000.00 for the tickets, I paid hotel in Paris, hotel in Madrid and rented a car. I also paid parking for 10 days at the airport to leave my car there. Who is going to reimburse me for all the loss???? Not Excelsior, they don't even want to pay for new tickets.....when I called them to inform them of the nightmare I was going thru at the airport she began making me feel like it was my fault that my mother didn't have the proper passport. I explained to her that was the whole purpose of hiring them, so they could tell me what I needed!!! Avelina has insulted me and made me feel completely dumb. No one should ever, ever have to go through such a horrible experience.
