I'm writing this review a few years later, but this Chinese Visa Service was recommended to me by my Travel Agent when planning a trip to China in 2011. It is easy and relatively fast to get your visa through YWPW, and way better than going down to the Chinese Consulate, standing in line, and dealing with it yourself! Just fill out the online order form, print it out and mail it along with all the necessary documentation - takes about a week (depending on how fast you get the paperwork to them), but rush service is available. read more

I was looking to authenticate my FBI report. This company, though, has been so so slow. Yes, they say that the Chinese Embassy in the USA is slow. I get that. But they should have notified customers. And they should not be accepting any new applications. There response to complaints is, "it's not our fault. You call the Chinese Embassy!" Actually, it is their fault. They have a responsibility once they accept a customer and that person pays. Even if the document were now to arrive, it would be invalid--the Chinese government only accepts documents that are less than 6 months. YWPW is fraudulent. They have not acted in a fair manner. read more

Everything was done in an orderly time and communication via e-mail was prompt every step of the way. If I could give it a 1 star I would.... this is the most untrustworthy and unreliable 'agency' I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. Where do I even start? I was looking for someone to authenticate my diploma since I am currently overseas. I stumbled upon Yidao Cai's website and his 4 rather good reviews. I decided to go with him because of his mid-low rates and the fact that it's a small business. Before going through with the application, I called the number provided on the website a few times but got no response. I then decided to email them and got an almost immediate answer so I simply thought that they had a problem with their line. I only had a tight schedule to prepare my paperwork before the deadline and wrote all about it during my application. I also emailed them twice after making the payment but got no response. When I finally told them I would cancel the payment and do business elsewhere they simply replied that "it is their policy to only reply to emails when there is an update". I emailed them with an update on the package and urged them to keep their promise and send it to me as soon as possible. Now, 2 weeks after making the initial application and after having spent so much on the expeditted shipping that would reach Yidao, he simply emails me saying he had cancelled my order because he could not fulfill his duties. I am now stuck with no authentication, and a due date right around the corner. Yidao has breached my trust, misled me and is nothing but unreliable. STAY AWAY FROM YWPW SERVICES. Looking back, I would have much rather paid a little extra for a peace of mind and I recommend you to do the same. read more

The website seemed like the best option and price for authenticating documents with the Chinese Embassy in Houston. I liked that they had order tracking as I was nervous sent mailing my original documents and was new to the process. Unfortunately, the online tracking was never updated. I had my fedex tracking that told me when it arrived and I gave it 24 hrs and still no update on their site. So I called multiple times there next day and got no answer, finally I just left a message. They following day, someone called back and gave me very general assurance that "it was all okay" and "not to worry", that "if I sent it, they had it". Not very reassuring or clarifying at all. Finally when my documents were returned I was appalled to find that they folded and creased my original degree certificate. I can't believe after being trusted and paid quite well to handle people's documents, they would disfigure them instead of mailing it in the appropriate envelope. read more
