Zul was totally amazing! We had an amazing time at our resort in Cancun, Mexico (Dream Sapphire). What we paid for a week long trip was very inexpensive and fun. Some parts of the resort was under construction, but it didn't stop us from having fun. They're updating and that's totally fine. Zul assisted us until time for our trip. We had one lady that wanted to go a few days before and he worked hard to get her on the same flight and in the room. We will definitely be using Travel Spectrum again. In addition to our cruise we requested an additional day in both Istanbul and Athens. Zul arranged for a private car for transport between airports / hotels/ and cruise ports. He also set us up in 4 star hotels which we excellent. The Athen Gate Hotel top floor restaurant has an outstanding view of the Parthenon atop the Acropolis. read more

There were red flags in the beginning but I chose to ignore them due to all the positive reviews. I just landed from my trip to Cabo and everything felt like it went wrong. Zul suggested I take a trip to Mexico instead of other destinations I originally chose for myself. Since he was the expert I decided to change my destination because I was open. He also chose a resort for me that was 5 star but upon arrival, the resort had no music, activities and only 3 restaurants with time restrictions. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the resort however Zul with Travel Spectrum didn't seem concerned or worried that I did not like the resort as he kept talking over me and expressed how his brother traveled to the resort and loved it. I stated everybody has there own experiences and I'm not pleased with the resort. It seem to me like he enjoyed defecting the conversation as if he could convince me to want to be their. Zul then proceeds to provided a limited selection of downgraded options for me to choose from in which I had to pay additional to transfer and also pay for my own taxi (taxi $45). I made the transfer to try to enjoy the rest of my vacation however I was still not satisfied after spending $3000 for a solo trip I expected a luxury experience in Mexico but had to downgrade. There is so much more that happened such as a power outage at the resort that I wasn't compensated for and my seats for both flights were in back of plane by restrooms. I can honestly say I do not believe Zul cared about my experience. He does a good job at talking you into book a vacation and making you feel comfortable. I would not recommend and this is my first and last time booking with him and Spectrum Travel. I paid a small amount less than a person traveling solo during Christmas time, the busiest most expensive time of the year smh. I feel cheated by trusting this company. I want nothing more than to never speak or hear from him again. I hope this review helps someone. read more

Used Travel Spectrum for a June 2016 destination wedding for my cousin in Riviera Maya Mexico. We all (20 or so of us) stayed at the most beautiful all inclusive resort Barcelo Deluxe Palace for a very fair price. Zul was super helpful and answered all of my questions regarding amenities, upgrades, activity suggestions etc...some of us even got free upgrades when we got there. We had a such a great time and everything was so well organized. Zul made such an impression on me that I am now booking another family member's out of town bachelorette party in New Orleans! I honestly don't think this place deserves one star. I called this travel agency on Monday to get some information on prices to travel to London to Paris. The person I spoke with was Zul and he was okay when I made the first call. He said he would give me a call with some rates so I can get an idea on how much money I would be paying. He did give me a call back and gave me rates and offered for me to come into their office to sit down and look at other packages. I informed him that I would do some research on my own first and if I want to move forward I will come in later that week. He called me later that week and I informed him that I am going to hold off with moving forward because I put myself a package together at an excellent rate (almost 1500 less at a 4 star hotel) he flipped out on the phone and said "I told you we could find something cheaper, I have you rates for 5 star hotel" I informed him that I understand but right now... CLICK (he hung up on me). I was in disbelief that he treated a potential customer like that and although I put things on hold right now, I could had referred someone else. Hell No, I would never refer anyone nor will I do business with them in the future. So unprofessional, I called him back twice and was sent to voicemail which I thought that was weird too. Please get my name right. Also the information you provided is not 100 percent accurate. You were rude and hung up. Please don't use the excuse that an important customer who is oversees called (you should treat every customer like they are important. Not hang up on one for another). read more

Zul with Travel Spectrum has now arranged three vacations for us, and we have been very pleased with his service. He takes care of everything, and arranges for things we would never have thought about. We went to the Riviera Maya in Mexico, and landing in Cancun is fairly intimidating. Zul arranged for a pickup that was effortless and safe. All we needed to do is what Zul told us to do. Then, we got very nice rooms at a wonderful all-inclusive spot that he found for us, which was just right. We told him our desires, and he made it all happen. In addition, we had a medical incident just before our intended travel, but the changes were all covered by the travel insurance he had recommended to us. Thus, we were able to travel three months later and did not lose everything. He has connections with several of the places in Mexico, which seems to have helped with getting things set up just right. We have been very pleased with Zul, and expect to use him again. He is good and reliable. read more

We've been booking trips with Zul for a few years now and are very pleased with his professionalism. Recently we scheduled a trip to Cancun and at his direction to The Iberostar Grand Paraiso. This was me and my wife's fist trip out of the country. Dealing with passports and trip details like this was all new territory. We had a few hitches on Easter Sunday the day before our trip but Zul got on board and helped smooth things out. I had jitters but he remained calm and assured me all was well and we would have fun. He was not wrong. The trip was phenomenal. The transfer from the airport to the hotel Zul made sure was private. We were whisked away while everyone else stood around waiting. The staff at Iberostar bent over backwards to please us. The room a beach front balcony was epic. We had two jacuzzis with one of them on the balcony. We got massages at one of two onsite facilities. We had a free round of golf, $600 in hotel coupons and did I mention Iberostar is a all inclusive 5 star, 5 diamond all adult resort. Omg the experience was one we'll never forget.
