It was clearly taken apart in an attempt to fix it, then labeled "unfixable" or too expensive to do so--but instead of reassembling it properly, they returned it missing screws and without the internal factory cover. This is completely unacceptable. It's not your decision whether something is "worth fixing"--your job is to either repair it or return it exactly as it was given. What I received back was careless, incomplete, and honestly a mess. I ended up ordering the parts myself to try to fix it, and that's when I saw just how poorly it had been handled. This level of negligence is beyond disappointing. I would not trust them with any device.

I've been coming here for several years for key fob and watch battery replacements, and they have always been fast and efficient. I always purchase the lifetime battery, and in my opinion, it's the most cost efficient way to go. You pay a little more the first time (around $25, give or take), and all your future battery replacements for that item are free. It's a fantastic value and has definitely paid for itself.
