WORST service I've ever received from AT&T. The location recently switched, and the new staff are by far the most unprofessional I've encountered. While setting up my new phone, two employees, both young adult, were speaking a foreign language to each other, ignoring me, and acting as if they were doing their own thing rather than helping a customer. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional throughout the process. They were BOTH on Snapchat at one point while I waited for their service. Unacceptable. Because of their lack of communication, my phone was set up incorrectly and even shut off during this week. This was unacceptable and avoidable if they had shown basic courtesy and focus. The manager of this location needs to address this immediately. These employees clearly do not care about the customer experience or the way they represent AT&T as a company. read more

This store in Linton Ave has a very nice staff. They are always very helpful and knowledgeable of the services being sold.

definitely could use improvement customer service wise. i pay money towards this company each and every month on time just to receive poor customer service, pay unnecessary fees and call customer support 13 different times and be transferred multiple times resulting in wait times more than 20-30 minutes long. at some point customer service just blatantly hung up on me and i approach all the store associates and customer support lines with nothing but kindness and appreciation. after sitting for a half hour frustrated, i asked store associates what could be done and they just started at each other and helped the next customer. read more

I bought 4 iphones 12 pro max from them. Two years ago I bought another 4 iPhone por max from them and did not trade in my 4 iPhone 12 pro maxes. I asked them to unlock them since they were paid in full. They did not do it. I tried until today to have them unlock them. No success. They don't care. They hang up on me. Sitting in the store now. Only two associates working on a Saturday during the holidays. Line is growing longer by the minute. Nobody available to sign you in. No bathrooms available to customers. So far we have waited 30mins and still have 2 customers ahead of us. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. read more

Had the most miserable retail experience of my life, the staff was stressed and flustered, possibly from the level of aggression from the one guy who I had the misfortune of meeting. Said guy, refused to look up my account after I waited in line for an hour. Said guy, -Stinky pudgy 5'8 light brown skinned man- (Since I don't recall his name) He continues to not grant my request to look up my account for the info I needed. He Forced me to spend another 3 hours on hold untill I finally resolved the issue that he could have done in 5 seconds of his time cost me 4 hours and a feeling of sadness that so many people a day get their lights stolen from them by this horrible man. I truly hope this review saves you from the strong change you will have your energy ruined by being in the same room as him, there is 3 other stores a mile away go there if you value peace read more

We had an outstanding experience at this ATT location on Linton in Delray Beach (near Chipotle). Xavier was the associate who served us. We both needed to upgrade to new iPhones. He was so patient explaining our options, the prices, the promotions etc. He assisted both of us at once, helping migrate our old phones, set up our new accounts, transferring all the apps etc. He did such an excellent job, we rewarded him by buying all the accessories there as well (AND, there was a BOGO going on as well for accessories)! If you're an ATT customer and live in the Delray area, be sure to visit this corporate-owned store. Their employees are obviously well trained. Great experience! I was in a tricky situation given a poor experience from one of AT&T re-seller locations, but the associates here were more than helpful at course correcting everything. I had a new phone and plan within an hour. The assistant manager helped me transfer everything from the iCloud and was on my way with no issue! He mentioned he was just promoted, so I wish him luck and with the service he provided I can't say enough great things. I would highly recommend going to this store for any cellular needs. read more

AT&T is now just running a fraud, for last 12 month my internet has been so slow, i finally checked my speed. They are charging for a download speed that is not even available in my area. Now is time for a great Boca Raton lawyer to take over. After talking to 12 law firms, finally i got one to understand that what they are doing is outright fraud. I came to this location immediately after receiving horrible/NO customer service at the Boca Raton location, and it was like night and day. The moment we walked through the door, someone came right up to us and helped us immediately. And we noticed that every other person who walked through the door, someone greeted them and let them know they would be helped momentarily. They took us to a table, and literally had us out the door within 10 minutes. They were friendly, helpful, efficient, informative. I would come back here. read more

I went into this store a week ago because my contract with comcast was up. Omar greeted me and was able to review my bill and showed me DIRECTV. I had DIRECTV many years ago and it always went out. I told Omar about my concerns and he showed me the service in the store and also showed me a video of DIRECTV while it was raining. The cost of directv was a fraction of my comcast bill so I decided to go with it and I'm writing this a week later because I have been enjoying my directv both on my phone and at my home. Omar was also very responsive to my emails with further questions I had. I am so satisfied that I am bringing my mom in with me so she can make the same switch with omar ! read more

I went into the Delray store looking to have my phone fixed. The representative Jake was quick to greet me and assess my issues. I had insurance but Jake helped me upgrade my phone and changed my plan. I have unlimited data again ! Jake also showed me how DIRECTV Now works and I'm now dropping Comcast and cutting my monthly bill more than in half. The manager on duty, Katelyn stopped by to check in and see how I was doing. I went into this location extremely frustrated and ready to cancel all my services. I have had uverse for two years and my bill went up every single month. I finally made the drive to a store to talk to someone face to face. I asked to work directly with a manager and Alex was able to assist me. He pulled up my bill and showed me what I'm paying for each portion of the bill. I was able to not only upgrade my package but save money by making the switch to DIRECTV. Alex also got me set up streaming on my phone and told me I'd save an additional $25 because I had unlimited. I left the store completely confident and relieved. HBO free for three months !
