Your experience could very well be much different than mine. Firstly, I believe they have the average fees one would find at most optometrists. Not sure about their frames though, as I only ever bought one pair there. I can't give them more than three stars though. The reasons? First off, I found their reception to be very hit and miss. I had several situations where I had to correct them on information that should have been correct in the first place. And when there was an issue with my vision that required that I go see a specialist, the one they wanted to send me to involved a three-month wait, with NO courtesy call to remind me. Three months is a long time in when I worked in an industry that involved schedule changes that couldn't be altered (due to circumstances I won't mention here). Also, I have astigmatisms in both eyes. The optometrist I saw there decided it wasn't bad enough for me to require toric lenses. So my vision has been less than perfect for the past 8 years. I went to a different place earlier this year, and they recommended toric lenses. I'm wearing them right now. MAN, it's nice to see this sharp again. Your vision should always be AS GOOD AS POSSIBLE.

I understand them being too busy, the confusing part was they gave me a different quote and different timeframe each time I called. Maybe they didn't understand, but then I feel they should be able to ask questions or explain to me why they were confused. Finally 3rd day of calling I got an appointment but it was booked at a different time than I thought. Optometrists and assistants that help fit glasses were very friendly and helpful. But booking was a confusing nightmare. Maybe I talk too fast? Or don't know what kind of appointment I need. But I still feel they should be asking questions to figure this on their end.

I got an appointment at 6:30pm which allowed me to get home from work and change before leaving for my appointment. Service was super nice and amazing that they finally implemented a new technology instead of getting shot in the eye with a puff of air! She pumped me through in about 3 minutes and said "your prescription has changed" without thoroughly assessing my vision. Was treated like cattle I then went into their sales area. The lady who was trying to help me find glasses was rushed, made me feel like I was bothering her when I was asking for a certain colour and style and she proceeded to show me the wrong ones, then took me to the kids section, walked away in a huff telling me "I'll give you a few minutes" and never came back, never came to check on me. I will never return there, I will never recommend this place to anyone
