It's like a medium rare burger, it requires very little chewing. It's the combination of the French roll, the steak, the grilled onions, and Asiago cheese that truly make it just a great sandwich. Even after devouring it, it's still on my mind and I wouldn't mind coming back to try other items on the menu. Customer service is very friendly and attentive. You can tell they care about their customers. Parking is easy, you just have to go into that big lot to the right. Prices are very fair for the quality of meat.

Picked up beer brats upon recommendation (and a crowd favorite), Mediterranean turkey burgers (super good and I enjoyed them more than my husband did if I'm to be honest), prime rib burgers (currently vacuum sealed in the freezer), skin on hot dogs (best ever), cheddar and jalapeño burger (another fave!), and maybe a couple others I can't recall.
