I would call this place a little hole in the wall more like a hidden gem. The food was amazing. I had the chicken tacos and my daughter had the bistec tacos. Both tacos were very good. They give you 5 small street tacos with either grilled or raw onions, cilantro and of wedges of lime. It also comes with a cup of charro beans. I must say I've had my fair share of beans but the ones at this place is by far the best. To quench my thirst I had a mango lemonade - very refreshing. The service was great. They don't have an indoor dining place since the entire restaurant is made out of actual containers but they do have a quaint outdoor dining area. This is a cute little spot to enjoy outdoor dining. I came on a Tuesday night. There were plenty of other groups eating, and they had several to-go orders for pickup. The food is pretty good. We ordered the tacos al pastor and tacos pollo. The orders come in a set of 5 tacos for $9. They also come with grilled pineapple slices and two sauces. Flavors were alright, nothing outstanding, but still tasty. To drink, we ordered the cucumber lemonade and the strawberry lemonade. Both were great. It was very easy to place my order. You can pay with cash or card. I will say though, it takes quite a while to get your food and drinks. We waited for about 15 minutes before receiving just one of our drinks. And then another 15 minutes to receive the second drink and our tacos. Overall, this is a nice spot if you want to eat in a pretty outdoor venue. Probably not your best option if you are in a rush to eat. read more

Let me just start off by saying that this is one of the coolest taco spots I've been to. The neon lights, restaurant built out of a storage container... awesome. All outdoor seating, didn't have much trouble with flies or bugs as I sometimes do at certain trucks, overall just a really pleasant experience. The food took a while, maybe 20 minutes to come out which is a long time by taco standards. I got tacos pollo and al pastor, which came with piña and two different salsas. I usually don't get chicken tacos but regardless these were preeetty salty. The pastor was better. I tried a cucumber lemonade and my girlfriend got a strawberry lemonade which were both great. I'd come back again and try a different dish and maybe their shakes. read more

Terrible service, they had a full staff and approximately 4-5 tables and we waited about an hour and 15 mins and still claimed our order was almost ready. We decided to leave and they took even longer to give us our return. Literally no one was there. We heard of this before and were trying to give the benefit the doubt. I honestly can't find a negative thing to write about this location. There's a few negative reviews on here but...it's about my experience right? First things first... practically all the seating is outdoors. I loved the ambience of the place...there's different types of chairs/benches to sit on. Whether you're on a date, with your family, or flying solo, they have a spot for you. Some people have complained about the wait...we went when no one was there and the food came out within 10 mins so no complaints. We ordered the basics...tacos and tostadas; the menu is fairly simple. We started off with their charro beans... delicious! The beans were flavorful and the perfect start to whet the appetite. The tacos came next and I don't know about the local food trucks down the street, but save your gas. If you read that maybe chicken tacos take longer to cook...maybe order something besides chicken tacos...just a thought? Not to mention their bistec tacos are well worth it! The tacos LOOKED appetizing and tasted just how they looked... amazing. They provided us with 3 different salsas...the perfect complements to the tacos. They also have aguas frescas....I ordered the cucumber mint and it was refreshing with just the right amount of sweet mintiness. I high recommend it.... Our service was also good...you place the order inside and they bring you the order wherever you sit outside. Only possible downside to this place is it's outside...so it'll be affected by the weather, so go when it's a beautiful night with your loved one and you'll enjoy the perfect tacos with them like I did. read more

Let me first of all start by saying that the food here is pretty decent, but the customer service and staff here could use a significant improvement. My GF and I did a call ahead order for 2 bistec tacos since the lady on the phone mentioned that the chicken tacos would be a 30-minute wait, while the bistec tacos would be ready in 5 minutes. Around 15 minutes later, we parked at the parking lot and gave Container Taco Factory another call. Be warned that parking is pretty limited here and fills up quickly. The same lady answered the phone and mentioned that she was getting our order ready. I didn't mind because I understand that during pandemic times, it takes longer to get orders ready. However, over 30 minutes go by and we see other people getting their call ahead orders and they arrived much later than us. We went inside to talk with the staff and see what happened to our order. The staff mentioned that they would bring out our order soon. Another 10 minutes go by and then we finally get our order. Something that bothered me about the staff here is that they did not apologize for the delay or even provide a reason for the delay. This is probably some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will probably never come back here because of that. In regards to the food, the bistec tacos were small and flavorful. The bistec was juicy and seasoned very well. They were a pretty good value for the price and quantity that you get. Overall, if you're getting take out and have a lot of time on your hands, then this is the place to go. However, there are better taco places around that have more kind and caring customer service. read more

Overrated. Let's start with the positive. It's a cool location. Honestly nice environment. The flavor of the food is good, but it is definitely Americanized. The salsa tastes good but is not hot at all. It was a bit hipster actually. I had two major issues with this place, the first and perhaps the biggest offense is simply that the portion size was small compared to other places and we had to order more food than we normally would for our family. The boys in our group all finished their food and were hungry for more. Also, the service was lacking. We asked for more tostadas to go with the baked potatoes and the waitress said they only came with one tostada. We asked if we could have more, she said no. We asked if we could buy more, she said no. Later when the owner came around asking about things we told her this and she apologized and told us that she would have happily given us more if she had known. I just was left unimpressed. The atmosphere is charming but where I draw the line is waiting 45 minutes for chicken tacos. I visited during the week and there were hardly any customers. It takes less time to cook at home.
