We have been looking on and off and even submitted 4 offers over the course of 2 years with no success. The exact day that we met with him, he took the time to explain the entire buying process in detail, answer our questions thoroughly, then scope out our home criteria on his search platform. I've never seen this cool software that narrows all of your criteria including hand drawn neighborhood zones. Once he got an idea of our style, we were looking at 4 houses that same day! Then, we had an offer in THAT NIGHT!
