Last week I went to the Genius Bar, at the short hills Apple store and while i do acknowledge that they are very knowledgable - they were unable to repair my Macbook Pro, saying that it was "too old". The advantage of using Best Bet is that they deal with BOTH windows AND apple operating systems (in my household we have several PC's and several Macs) and, for me anyway, its VERY REASSURING that my tech guy is intimately familiar with both!
