My temperature was taken upon arrival. To be honest, I'm always quite anxious before any dental appointment. I'm very comfortable with Dr. Arvilli, he explains everything and is very patient. I had a tooth that was bothering me for months but due to COVID concerns I had put off seeing the dentist. I was thrilled when I was seated and saw a TV on the wall! And the channel was NOT on any news show. I told Dr. Arvilli "5 stars for the tv!" It helped me to relax a bit. I'm VERY happy today, as my tooth is no longer causing me any discomfort. I don't even know where to begin. Everyone was just so nice and respectful, and professional and happy to be at work! The receptionists were just lovely. The woman (I forget her name and job title, regrettably) who did my cleaning and X-rays was just a saint!! She went out of her way to calm me down and make me feel comfortable, gave helpful and encouraging advice, and just showed genuine compassion and understanding. The best part was the cleaning itself. Literally every single time I have told new dentists I have sensitive teeth. Still every single time the cleanings were downright torturous. But not here!!! I told her I had sensitive teeth, so she went out of her way to make sure it wouldn't hurt! I didn't feel a thing, except that awesome clean feeling afterward. It's been a few weeks now but I still just cannot get over how amazing the experience here was. Now I FINALLY have a dentist I can make my own permanently.

I recently went to Pure Dental in Manorville instead, as I liked that their offices were very new and modern. Long story short, they basically tried ripping me off like you wouldn't believe. I came back to Savino and saved A LOT of money and time. I was definitely reminded why sometimes it's best to just stick with what works. Dr. Judy and Dr. William Savino are both very efficient and honest.
