I am going to look for a new dental place the last visit I had there the dentist was not even there so what was the point of me going. I got an x ray and no one there to go over it with me. I also got a cleaning, and the hygienist was very good but without a dentist I will no longer be going there. I have never been to any other dental place where I did not see the dentist during my visit. My insurance allows me to go to the dentist twice a year so i would expect to see a dentist twice a year. If anyone from Concerned dental reads the review, please get back to me so you can explain to me why there is not dentist in the office when I come in for my cleaning and x-rays this has happened the year prior as well no dentist in office just horrible.

The way that Dr. Yin and his assistant Sherry dealt with me in making me feel comfortable and well taken care of couldn't compare to any previous experience I've had at the Dentist.
