They said if you can get that second vehicle here we can work out a deal or at least thats what they led me to believe. So I had my daughter follow me over 1 hour to get there and she was going to take me back to get the second vehicle. During this time, they worked out a deal alight, $5500 DOWN!! I told them Saturday that I only had $1000. I understand they needed to see the second vehicle, but come on, they knew what i owed on it and what the minimum they could give for it. Should've tried a deal right there instead of making me and my family go though all that!! Even while i sat there watching TV, I saw an ad that I can bring any clunker in and get $4500 for it!! AG Auto Group is a joke!

I finally paid for a carfax report and found the odometer had been ROLLED BACK MORE THAN 100,000 MILES just before we bought it - and we STILL wanted to believe them that they were as duped as we were. Then they kept saying the loan was cancelled (but it wasn't), that they did us a favor and we wouldn't get financing anywhere else - really mean texts - and they couldn't help us any longer. I think we asked too many questions. I'd gotten it in writing to return deposits after seeing other reviews and we were glad to get out with just a little loss. The real clincher? The car is on their website for sale again WITH THE SAME LOWERED ILLEGAL MILEAGE!! That just confirmed everything. I have copies and screenshots of everything. No wonder used car salesmen have a bad reputation. If you really want to buy from them, at least run a carfax. All dealerships we visited after this offered it straight up, and yes, we got financing at all of them. BUYER BEWARE!
