Bought a homesteader intrepid 8 1/2 by 16 June of 2024 and 4 of the panels are pealing paint already they warrantied the panels but want 1,600.00 plus to install I have a 2012 carryon trailer since new never had a paint problem read more

Where do I begin. May I first start by saying that I have never felt so disrespected before in my whole entire life before coming to Crossroads Trailers. My boyfriend and I met am "o-k" salesman, Fred, who didn't really give us the time of day nor seemed interested in us wanting to buy a camper. Now seeing that he played us from the beginning, Fred sent us to who I assume is in charge of financial needs, Dina. My boyfriend and I are young, yes(23&25), but I guess that is all she saw when we walked into her office. She simply stated we were not eligible to buy a camper and did not take us seriously what so ever! It's a shame honestly, they lost business and my respect towards these individuals. Had to take our RV here to have repairs after an MVA. It took them 4 months to complete the job after multiple follow up phone calls on our part. When the job was finally complete they tried to tell us we owed more then our deductible despite our insurance company telling us that was all that was required. They also tried to tell us our deductible was more then it was. Had we not been knowledgeable about the totals we could have easily been scammed out of more money. They also charged us to winterize our camper when it was their fault the camper had to be there so long into the winter season. read more

We went for a visit today and it went pretty well. Fred showed us around every trailer possible in our budget . He is very knowledgeable I must say. He Treated us with great respect and tendered to our needs. The lady up front greeted us very kindly ( didn't get her name) and answered all of our questions. I asked if they would match prices and to my surprise Fred told me that they would look into it and probably could. I never felt pressured to purchase anything. He let us look around all we wanted and never pushy to make a purchase . Very nice people and offered us water on this hot day. We didn't end up purchase anything but definitely will be back to do business with them if we find something we like. read more

Well, here we are at January 4, 2021 and my camper is still in the dealer's shop. had to put my TT back into the shop again back in October to repair some new damage and some things that were never addressed previously. God bless Kim in service who has been courteous and polite concerning the delays of parts and repairs due to COVID. It has been my understanding that new campers always have repairs from the factory. When buying used usually all those issues are resolved. Here are a list of the items needed repaired or replaced: Bath vanity damaged to loose leaking toilet install, torn seal on slideout, screen door hung crooked, wood panel on cabinet warped and bowed from wall, stain on kitchen table, frosted cabinet glass with scratch, awning won't close properly, most of cabinet catches installed wrong causing damage to cabinets, molding on refrigerator falling off, Coachman logo crooked on front of camper.... These are just what I can remember and certainly not what I expected when I brought a brand new TT. read more

There is a lot of negative talk about RV dealers, allow me to tell you about a great one in New Jersey. Crossroads Trailer Sales is absolutely incredible. We have a 2019 Cedar Creek 38flx. The second AC unit isn't working properly, we are setup and camping on a seasonal site not to far from their location. I called this morning to set up a service call, expecting to have to pull our 5th wheel out and be without it for who knows how long. I was shocked when they said they will have their technician come to us on Monday, 4 days. If you can, choose a family owned business, better yet come to New Jersey and deal with the best dealer in the country. read more

This is a great family owned business. We decided to purchase our Cedar Creek Fifth Wheel here despite the fact that it's a few hours away from our house. Purchasing an expensive RV is an adventure for sure and much can go wrong. Dina and her knowledgeable and friendly family members worked hard for us to make sure everything went right! After our inspection, a few things were in need of repair from the factory. The repairs were all made and we are extremely happy with our new Fifth Wheel! Today my husband and I purchased a used travel trailer from Dina and her awesome team at Crossroads. We came to "visit" the 2013 White Hawk Ultra Lite by Jayco and instantly fell in love. This travel trailer was in excellent condition inside and out and was exactly what we were looking for. When we went in to talk prices, we were surprised to get to a great number so easily. Dina was wonderful in explaining the purchase process and everything that was involved through financing. There were no surprises. We picked up our RV Crossroads recently, having purchased it in December. Finally production was finished !! crossroads was patient with us from December to March with our questions, concerns, etc. Mike DiFiore was just the most pleasant person to deal with, made us feel comfortable and not a "salesman" type at all When we picked it up the team pleasant , friendly and informative even in the maelstrom that was their heavy season (Mike, Marie, Kim and even those we didn't deal with directly). The service team who showed us how to operate were awesome (and again Patient), even noting issues from the factory to address on our behalf and helping us unexpectedly deal with our own truck prep as it needed a brake controller installed when we thought we had one . Dan was an expert and very nonchalant about it like he could do it with his eyes closed...and probably could. Well, this weekend we were supposed to go camping but had a factory issue with the electrical Mike , the Service Manager got us in and fixed in a matter of hours (also fixing those factory issues noted initially because the parts came in) . For them to handle this on a Saturday, during the busiest part of their season speaks volumes. And again, everyone in the office was so welcoming and constantly try to feed you! There was no waiting on what the Mfr would say, they got us up and running and we didn't have to miss a work day to bring it there. If you're buying an RV , these are the people to go to, We traveled all over NJ and PA before we bought ours making sure the dealer was the right fit ,because with an RV, you need this more than with any vehicle and after 15 plus different dealers, Crossroads was it. I purchased a used 2014 Keystone Ultra Lite. I paid 525.00 to have it prepped and ready to go. I had seen where the roof leaked and was told that it had been fixed. I found out later that it wasn't. Wheel bearings were not greesed or checked as part of the prep. The refrigerator did not work but was not picked up during the prep. When I went for the walkthrough, I was told that it was too cold for the refrigerator to work. The man showed me the heat, main board for checking tanks and that was about it since it had been winterized. It was dirty inside and out and when the tech installed the weight distribution and sway bar system, he didn't use a torch wrench to tighten bolts which ultimately caused the system to fail after 600 miles and the trailer rolled over and was totaled along with our truck. I want to know just what my $525.00 prep fee paid for. I will never do business with them again and suggest that anyone doing business to get a written list of just what the prep fee pays for. read more

Bought our used travel trailer from these folks. Very professional and easy to deal with. We also bought a new hitch and stabilization system which they installed in one day while we waited. When a significant problem arose, they addressed it right away at no additional cost to us and helped us get on our trip on schedule. Great mechanics and technicians who took my calls from the road when we encountered an electrical problem. All resolved quickly. Can't recommend them enough. I would give negative numbers if I could, Spent $30,000 on a trailer and had electrical problems. Refrigerator doesn't work and roof seals failed after 1 year with the manufacturer and dealer blaming me. We had a leak which no one will fix until this fall. The repair will cost at a minimum $3000 but may be as much as $7500. No caulking fails after one year. This really happened. Crossroads by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with and Forest River does not stand behind their product. Never buy an RV from either of these companies or you'll be sorry. My husband and I realized the camper we bought a few years back just wasn't fitting the needs for our family anymore. We were recommended by 2 families to go to Crossroads to see some new options. We were doubtful but hopeful that we'd be able to upgrade our travel trailer to a 5th wheel. Fred, our salesman, spent time showing us many different styles and floorplans in the middle of the heatwave a few weeks ago. Dinah helped us with the financing. It wouldn't have happened without her. Everyone we dealt with there was so great through the whole process. We couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Crossroads 10 times over. read more

Not impressed with their customer service at all. My wife and I went there as we like doing business locally. We had to hunt down a sales person just to look inside the campers. No help was offered as to what we were looking for. We finally decided on the trailer that fit all our needs but again had to hunt down a sales person to conduct business. After completing the deal a few days later they insisted I come in for a demo. The gentleman giving me the demo showed me very little and when I asked where the water pump was located to winterize the unit I was told to "youtube it." The trailer was delivered to our home as this was part of our deal but the delivery was sloppy and rushed. The trailer was also filthy inside and out. We love the trailer but will certainly avoid doing business with them in the future read more

So far, we have had a wonderful experience. First, there was no high pressure selling. Mike showed us a Cedar Creek Cottage which we loved. Once the decision was made, they were extremely accommodating. They gave us the keys before we gave them payment! Dena, the owner, is lovely and even offered their services to move everything out of the trailer we traded, into the new one! This is a first rate dealer. Keep up the great work. read more
