This is the worst company EVER!!!!! First off and foremost I've been with them since 2014 of May and at first it was going OK ..... But for the past year and four months I have the exact same negative and inquiries since November 2016 until today .... Example time: I was in debt to Care Credit, then care credit sold my account to perfoliate recovery... so technically care credit needs to drop from my negative report because it is against the law to double book for the same account.... I brought it to their attention four times and they kept giving me the runaround .... I literally paid for for the last one year and four months of their service and they did absolutely nothing (Nov30,2016 - today ) No deletions no resolution absolutely no answers... I am not one to write reviews normally but I feel I must given the amount of guidance and help Continental Credit has given me. I have been with them since July 2015. My credit score was terrible (535) and I was given their information from my realtor to help fix my credit so I can get a house. Tommy F. was the first person I talked to and luckily I have received him on the phone each time. The amount of knowledge, effort, and help he provided me is unparalleled. Not only did he come up with an amazing plan but within a year my credit score is now 616 and projected to be over that within the next moth. It is now possible for my wife and I to get a house because of Continental Credit and Tommy F. On the plus side every time I had a concern or issues they were just a phone call aware, answered quickly, and resolved my concern or issues very fast. If I had to do this again I would easily have chosen Continental Credit. read more

I have been struggling with bad credit for years, trying to buy a house, renting an apartment, and getting loans for a car, it has all been such a headache. The best way to increase your credit score is to do it all by yourself, for me it worked and it was not that complicated. Anything they do, if they do it, you can do it yourself with no cost. Any credit repair company that asks you money before they repair your credit is a SCAM. Here is too my second Yelp review! Divorce ruined my credit... I don't think i'm alone here- It's incredibly annoying trying to buy a home and getting denied for a loan due to my credit. I found this company on Google (among many others) BUT, these guys seemed to offer the best rates, and provide me help in the quickest amount of time. I'm all about fixing my credit, but I didn't want to wait years to get a home loan. The cost was extremely fair, and my credit was up to par in less than 6-months.. I hope this review helps someone struggling to find a reputable credit repair company like I was. Pros: They provided clear explanations of how to repair my credit and what I can do in the future to keep building through the use of credit. Every representative was always very friendly and helpful. They remove several derogatory marks on my report. Cons: They never were able to remove the main collection that I needed off my record and investigated the same information over and over when they knew it is legitimately mine. Very good at selling and make it uncomfortable to cancel with them. Through all of it, I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing help with removing derogatory marks. read more

My wife and I was looking to purchase a new home. Her score is great but as for mine, it was bad. I was refer to continental credit to help build my credit score. and so far it only took me 6 months and everything was fixed! They help taken all the fake accounts that was on my name and boost me up 60 points. So far I been getting great help, tips, and services. For a the Cons I see here, I guess its just luck on who is working on your case. I may just happen to land on a good agent or representative. read more

So far I have found Continental Credit competent and helpful in terms of credit repair. They seem to know about their trade, at least more so than credit factories such as Lexington Credit. I've seen negative and incorrect entries fall off my credit reports, though some still linger. Since no agency can guarantee perfect results, I'm giving a 5-star review, meaning that I don't think other agencies would do better. read more

Increase my wife's score from mid 500s to mid 600s in 6 months or so. We canceled after a little less than a year, but her score kept going up. We have stayed on top of it and She's been in the mid 700s for the last 3 years. I used to work in credit repair so I know there are some companies out there that do the bare minimum to keep the money coming in. Continental wasn't that way at all. Great results! read more
