While waiting I made myself some complementary hot coco . I only had to wait 2-3 minutes when Christina called me over to assist me. She was very helpful. Such has such a warm & welcoming personality. She didn't make me feel like an idiot for basically misplacing $4,000!! We talked about the holidays and some other small talk about decorations and other things going on in the world. I told her that they need to have a cubical decorating contest . She reminded me that they do that at Halloween Long story short, she was awesome. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner and I walked away with my two new cashiers checks and a big for having such awesome service

Cole was quite happy to hear me, and assured me that the matter would be resolved. At first, I was anxious and annoyed, but quickly became calmer. His calmness reassured me that the problem would be resolved. I waited in the comfortable waiting area. There were a few people ahead of me, but I felt assured that my situation would be handled soon. There were plenty of friendly employees, but I was fortunate enough to have Cole help me find a solution to this situation. His professionalism and calmness are truly remarkable.

My first visit involved waiting in a long line for over 20 minutes, only to be told I needed an appointment. I scheduled one for the following week. The morning of my appointment, I had an unexpected delay at the dealership, so I rescheduled online for Friday. Shortly after, the employee I was supposed to meet with called and kindly offered me a same day appointment later that afternoon. I arrived at the branch at 4:05 PM, was the first person in line, and noticed only one service window was open. I waited until 4:20 PM before another employee opened a second window. When I explained I had a 4 PM appointment, I was told they could no longer honor it because it was after 4:05. This was my second trip to the branch for the same purpose, and both times I left without getting any help. My time is valuable, and it's frustrating to experience such a lack of organization and consideration. I hope management takes this feedback seriously no customer should have to go through multiple visits and long wait times just to open a business account.

The lines are always short , tellers are friendly, helpful and polite , it's always just a great experience. Oh boy. I came here to use the ATM on Friday April 10 a few minutes after they closed and it was…read morenot a pleasant experience. First of all, it's hard to tell what's going on at this location. From the side facing Manchester, it looks closed--almost like a boarded-up business. I walked around the building to find the entrance, only to discover the door was locked. There was a security guard standing on the other side of the glass. I tried to get his attention and ask a simple question: Where is the ATM located? Instead of listening, he immediately started waving his arms frantically, signaling that the store was closed and telling me to go away. I understood the store might be closed, but I was only trying to find the ATM. I repeated my question several times, but he continued to ignore me, wave me off, and shout that they were closed. Because of the thick glass, I could barely hear him, and he made no effort to actually listen. At that point, I knocked on the glass to get a clear answer. Instead, he became more aggressive--yelling at me to go away and eventually walking off, still refusing to answer a basic question. Another security guard then approached and opened the door. I asked him the same question: Where is the ATM? He calmly directed me to the side of the building, which is all I needed from the beginning. Unfortunately, the first guard came up behind him, yelling, swearing, and telling me to "f*** off" and "get the f*** out of here." The second guard had to physically hold him back. I thanked the second guard and went to use the ATM. Regardless of whether the store was closed, there was absolutely no reason for that level of hostility. I was simply trying to locate the ATM--a service I was still expected to pay for, including a $4 fee. No customer--or anyone--deserves to be treated that way for asking a basic question.

This bank is always clean with friendly service but there is always a wait. when you have a long…read moreline of people by all means please open up another window. we as customers do not want to hear that you only have 3 employees working and that you are short staffed. That is not our concern. Hire more people. It makes no sense they're always a 15-20 minute wait for a quick transaction. Nonetheless, service is always professional and good.
