As an adult, I keep track of my appointments and dont want to be infantilized. If you don't confirm an appointment by the time they want, they will cancel your slot and make you an 'anytime appointment'. I understand needing a schedule, but I really dont like threats. Additionally, they just didn't show up for an appointment they pestered me about and when i contacted them at 6pm, i got an 'oopsie' reply from a third party person who said i'd be contacted by the office. That was several months ago so.... All in all I just didn't appreciate how I was treated.

When I asked why the inside wasn't being done, I was told it wasn't necessary because the technician was "so good." Sure enough, bugs started coming inside shortly after. When I called to get follow-up service, I explained (as I had from the start) that any days other than Mondays and Tuesdays don't work for me. Still, they scheduled me on a Wednesday weeks out. By the time my appointment came, the bug problem had gotten worse. Yesterday, I got a confirmation text for today's (October 6) appointment between 12-2pm. This morning, without notice or explanation, my appointment was moved to October 15--over a week later. When I called, the representative couldn't even see my original appointment for today. I've voiced multiple times that I'm not satisfied with the service and I feel like I was rushed into a plan I didn't ask for. I wanted a one-time treatment, not a recurring plan, and now I understand why they push people so fast. The website advertises a satisfaction guarantee, but so far that has not been honored. Overall, my experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and not worth the money.

I was able to schedule an inspection right away, and the gentleman who came explained different options to humanely remove the raccoon and prevent any other critters (including field mice and roof rats) from getting to the house. Based on the services I selected, they came back several times to repair the eaves, seal up possible points of entry on the roof and around the foundation, set rodent traps in the attic and garage, and sanitize the attic.
