They're knowledgeable, they're professional and happy to listen to anything you may be concerned with. I had two wasps nests that they removed with no issues and no harm to them or the wasps. They are kind and respectful to nature and the environment. They use all natural bug deterrents, safe around children, reptiles dogs and cats. There sprays work extremely well I don't have ever have pest issues and if I do it's rectified immediately with this company. I'm grateful for their service to pest control.

Within the first 15 minutes of his initial visit, James determined that the rats were in the crawlspace between the first and second stories -- NOT in the attic, as is usually the case with rats. In addition, James figured out exactly how the rats were getting into my house. He then gave me an estimate that was quite reasonable. I also obtained an estimate from one of James' biggest competitors, who, like him, has a 5-star rating on Yelp. In contrast to James, the competitor's technician showed no interest whatsoever in determining the root cause of my rat problem. His proposed solution was to seal every nook and cranny on my house's exterior. While this no doubt would have worked, it would have been three times as expensive as James' solution. In addition, the competitor tried to sell me thousands of dollars worth of new insulation for my attic, which I did not need, and which would not have helped with my rat problem. Imagine going to two different car mechanics to fix an engine noise. Mechanic A determines that the noise is due to a faulty valve, and proposes replacing the valve. Mechanic B shows no interest in finding the cause of the noise, and proposes simply replacing the entire engine. Both solutions will fix the problem. Which mechanic would you choose? Oh, the identify of the competitor? I'd like to tell you, but it was Greek to me. :)

They came out quoted us $1900 to get rid of the rats and seal the roof and eaves around the house. Three months later, and we are still hearing noises and recently my tile roofing company out doing repairs on my roof actually spotted rats getting into my home through an opening on in one of the eaves! We have been trying to get in touch with the tech that supposedly did the work to eradicate the rodents, but that number has been disconnected. Steer clear of this defunct company! We will be contacting our attorney and the BBB. Hopefully we can recoup our initial $1900.
