Online booking makes finding an available time even easier. When you check in, the place is absolutely spotless and the staff very friendly and helpful. I can only review the IR sauna so far so here goes: The saunas are private and spacious enough to lie down or sit up. You can control the heat and/or timer which is also very nice. There is chromotherapy (light therapy) inside the sauna and you can set it to whatever color you choose. Inside the room is a robe, socks, towels and bottles of water to keep you hydrated. There's not much more you can ask for. Tips: -You will be hot and sweating when you finish so dress appropriately and take the time you need when you finish - If you want something other than water, bring it. - Maybe bring a stick of deodorant to get you by until you can shower at home. - Book early, there is only 1 IR sauna and it seems to book up

I need to back up and say I was very bothered by the fact that our consultation was being recorded without my consent, as far as I recall. I didn't authorize it, but I also didn't get a choice. The woman looked at my belly, told me I should get my hernia (I've never been told I had one in all of my doctor visits over the years), and to cut back on the carbs (pasta and beer), sugar (wine), and increase my exercise. Yeah, you're not my doctor. I didn't ask you for that advice. She told me they wouldn't be able to help me and sent me on my way. I don't know whether to be happy or pissed at her.
