I went here for a few years for botox and I noticed my upper eye area was getting really heavy so I went to a plastic surgeon who confirmed they were injecting botox in the wrong area and it cause my brow muscles to prolapse!!! I now have to get an upper brow lift and upper bleph because of this!! Beware!!! I recently went to a different facility for my botox/filler needs and they are so much more knowledgeable and they confirmed that alot of their patients came from ideal for similar issues! Also I might add that I'm pretty sure they dilute their products. I get the same amount of botox at my new facility but it's stronger and lasts longer then when ideal did it! read more

This is not a good place, I went to get BBL treatment, no results whatsoever! I went to this place to treat redness on my face, they told me they had great results using laser - BBL. Treatment was expensive, $1300; to get an appointment sometimes I had wait more than two months (30 days is the time recommended between treatments). After almost a year I can tell you that I had no results, when I told them that I had seen no progress, the person providing me with the treatment told me that I should go to a dermatologist and seek for a topical treatment!!!!! They should had told me that the day I went for a consultation! read more

Ideal Image is a scam. They make you have a Zoom consultation, have you sign off on an email "agreement" that you do not get to read in advance, and charge your credit card before you receive your service. They send you texts and emails telling you that you will be charged $50 if you do not cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment, which makes it appear as if you will receive a full refund if you cancel within the 48 hours. But, they do not refund your money when the service was not performed and state that the "agreement" is a binding legal document that you signed. At no time was I told by the consultant that I would not receive my money back if I cancelled my appointment. Do NOT use this company!! read more

I went in 3 years ago for a full face hair removal treatment. The plan takes two years to complete at a cost of 3600 dollars. One year after treatment I have all of hair back. I am female so chin, upper lip and spots on my checks (not large) cost me the price of a man getting a full face done. The life time treatment plan means you go back in and for full face you pay 120 per visit. Which is too much after you have spent 3600 dollars. Don't waste your money, you can get the same machine on groupon full face for 61.00 per treatment. I would highly recommend that route vs this over priced facility. read more

Just got off the phone for my "virtual consultation" which lasted around 15mins. It begins by someone calling in advance (yesterday for me) to get you on the schedule for the virtual consult. Then they call via zoom to go over any questions and if you're counting, I'm 2 calls in and no pricing info yet. They asked what I spend currently on waxing then showed me their financing options. The first person I spoke with ASSURED me there were MANY payment options but no, only one and it's financing for $3900 as a 16 month package only. No pay by the treatment, no membership with a discount like some other spas, just financing at $218 per month no interest or $85 with interest without even running my credit or offering me to pay in full. Super upsetting waste of time that they show advertisements for $54 per month on Facebook then come no where near that. I even asked if pricing differs for area size (small/large) and was told no this was it. I'm more frustrated that they build you up, promise the world then offer very little. I hardly ever leave reviews but I definitely should have read others before contacting them. read more

By the time you add up the membership fee and the cost of the so called Botox they give you it's more than what you would pay anywhere else. they advertise $8.90 a unit but they want you to guess how many units you need and they fill the needles outside the room so you have no idea what they are really using. Find someone more reputable and pay the extra money if it's definitely not worth what you have to go through here with they taking your money and their rough nurses that force the needles in your face leaving bruises that I've never had before in all my years of Botox. BEWARE: I went to the West Chester location to have fillers. They stated they were having a "sale" on units. Their prices were higher than the full price my plastic surgeon would charge. I called and expressed my concern to Stephanie who did the procedure and got well you need to come in for more shots, instead of fixing what was wrong, They just want more money. I wanted botox (not my first time) - i had to go through a screening that was more about selling a 'membership' than assessing my needs. I was referred to Stephanie directly and my appointment confirmed with her and when I showed up someone else serviced me ...... The 24 units I had for the area between my eyes at minimum should have been adequate for 20 units and I still have a deep line on one side. When I had the treatment they said - if you don't see distinct results call us back and come in and we can assess and fill in. No mention of additional cost to the $650 cash I paid. I called at the time stated (10+ days after) and had to make an assessment appointment then would be 'sold' what i needed to complete the job! RIDICULOUS! I would have never paid $1 much less $650 when it was 39% higher than I ever paid before! I will never return, won't refer and will take my money and expectations elsewhere! Go somewhere else - SO Disappointed at their focus on $$ and not customers! Membership this and extra fees for that! read more

I went in for a free consultation for laser hair removal and was immediately impressed. Their staff is extremely nice and answered all my questions very politely! I ended up not opting in, but only because of the price tag. I am about to get married this summer and as much as I want my brazilian done, $2600 even after the 60% off promotion is just too much for me to consider right now (weddings aren't cheap, am I right!). They do offer a payment plan with 0% interest which is super nice. I highly recommend checking them out, definitely not a scam as some people here have said. After getting a guided tour of the facility, I sat down with Lindsay and she proceeded to tell me that I could have my underarms and bikini line treated for $4000 dollars...yeah, and that was half price since they had just opened. After telling her I needed to think it over, her demeanor suddenly changed and she got short and snippy with me. Apparently, that price was only good for a matter of days. I scheduled an appointment by email but became concerned when after 3 emails, they still refused to quote me a price. Decided to do some research and found numerous complaints from many of their locations that it was a scam. They get you in and you have to sign a contract with a credit card or bank account number and they charge you monthly whether you come in or not. Every other business that provides this service has a set price dependent on size of area and number of treatments. So, I called and cancelled 6 weeks before the scheduled appoinment and asked them, in writing, to remove me from their email and call list. I have cancelled the appointment 3 times by email and phone and they are still calling me to remind me about my appointment. And then came te quote, it's not cheap, but I knew that going in, due to current promos a got a great deal. But it's seriously expensive, but with the payment plan options it's not outrageous, considering its a medical procedure (would you expect LASIK laser surgery to be cheap?). Also, it hurts, like snapping a rubber band over and over in the same spot, oh yeah and the rubber band is on fire. Still worth it though. DO NOT LET THE FREE CONSULTATION EXPERIENCE FOOL YOU. (Mine was good too, and ever since then my experience has been shit.) I've been doing laser hair removal here for a year and a half, and this is the most unprofessional experience I've ever had with any company. This location is 30 minutes from my house, and twice I have arrived at my scheduled appointment time just to be told that they forgot to schedule me and I would have to come back another day. The staff at the desk have forgotten to transfer my information countless times, and are generally unable to help me if I have questions or concerns. One time, I waited over an hour past my appointment time, and when I got back to the room, they began to prep the completely wrong areas for the laser because they had booked me as a different patient. Overall, I do not recommend using this company to get laser hair removal or any other kind of treatment if you don't want to deal with this bullshit. read more

My first appointment was yesterday. I cannot find words to describe just how highly I recommend this place after only one visit. I went in nervous and embarrassed about the hair that I wanted removed. The staff immediately put me right at ease. They took all the time I needed to answer any and all questions that I had. They were friendly and fun, while still professional, the entire time and never once did I feel any pressure at all to commit to anything. After only one treatment I can already see and feel a difference in the treated areas. I feel great!! Its not cheap but its not break the bank expensive either. I am a grad student making barely $1500 a month and they worked with me on a payment plan that fits me and my needs. Seriously, if you are thinking about laser hair removal, give them a call. I heard of Ideal Image from the radio station Q102 and Jen Jordan the dj is/was a client. I've had hair on my upper lip and chin/neck area since starting around 9th grade. Very embarrassing as it was dark, course and ALWAYS there! I'd shave it in the morning and I'd have a shadow 2 hours later! It sucked. Since starting my treatments, I have to say that I'm probably at least 90% reduced in hair. There are very few left and I couldn't be happier! The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. My experiences have been great there. I highly recommend Ideal Image to anyone who is dealing with unwanted hair. :) read more
