There laser is one of the best on the market. I had three sessions with Coco and she was amazing super and super sweet. My tattoo is a very dark, highly pigmented, black outline. I already knew going in that I would need 10-12 sessions to remove it. After three sessions the laser at the Bee Cave location broke, and I had to cancel my appointment. I intended to reschedule once they got a new machine, but life happens and I never did. After not rescheduling COVID happened and I lost track of time. Yesterday, 4/28/21 I went to the north location for my fourth laser removal session. Portcia (sorry not sure on spelling) was great! She had me ice my wrist for 5 minutes prior to the laser session. This caused vasoconstriction effectively reducing my swelling and under the skin bleeding. It's one day later and I have almost no discomfort. Highly recommend going here for tattoo removal. I can't wait for my next session!

Warning: Missing Shipment and Frustrating Customer Service…read more I've been a customer of The Medspa Austin since June of last year and have spent a total of $3,834 with them. Up until recently, I never had any issues when receiving my Trezepited shots in person. Nurse Practitioner Ashley Johnson and Dr. Paydon Newman both provided excellent care and really helped me achieve my goals--this review does not reflect on them at all. However, after switching to semiglutide, the first shipment arrived without a problem, but the second one never showed up. The UPS delivery photo was just a black screen, even though I was home all day. I filed a missing package claim with UPS and also contacted The Medspa Austin and the fulfillment company in Dallas. Everyone was polite and tried to help, but ultimately referred me back to The Medspa Austin because they needed to complete a form UPS had provided. Despite my efforts, The Medspa Austin would not replace the missing shipment, citing the "delivered" tracking information, and asked me to pay an additional $200 for a new shipment. I wasn't asking for a discount or a refund--I just wanted the shipment I had already paid for. This has been extremely frustrating, especially given the amount of money I've already spent and my previously positive experiences with their team. Until this missing shipment issue is resolved, I cannot recommend The Medspa Austin. However, I do want to emphasize that my negative experience does not reflect on Ashley Johnson or Dr. Paydon Newman, who both provided wonderful care.

After chatting with a few girlfriends about their dr.'s, I did a Google search for the top plastic surgeons/centers in Austin and APSI had a 4.9 rating! I then began to dig through their before/after pics and loved that they did not have that over the top fake look and that they all seemed body proportionate which is exactly what I wanted. While perusing the surgical options, I came across labiaplasty. I had never heard of it, but on RealSelf, the rate was almost 100%. After looking at before/after photos and decided I wanted that surgery as well. I made an appt for a consultation where I met Dr. Justin Booth and his assistant Christine Powell and they answered all of my questions and were patient. I definitely went over the allotted time, but I was never rushed. I have never considered getting breast augmentation and was not aware that surgeons do not go by cup sizes, but CC's. Dr. Booth measured me and gave me the max CC's for my frame and I then tried on the various Sientra silicone aka, gummy bear implants, which helped a lot. While they do not have pics online of labiaplasty, Dr. Booth performs them frequently. Their pricing was better than I expected and I was given a folder full of everything I needed to know about my upcoming surgeries, appt dates, and times, as well as pre & post op instructions. By the time I left, I loved both Dr. Booth and Christine and felt very comfortable with my upcoming surgeries. Prior to my surgeries, I came in to discuss current meds, post op meds, any last minute questions/concerns and etc. The surgery is performed in house at their surgical suite which is located next to the office. As soon as I arrived, everything went as scheduled and the nurses were all awesome. The next day, I received a call from Jenny, Dr. Booth's nurse and was provided her personal cell in the event I was experiencing any adverse pain or reactions. Due to their thorough explanations, I was fully prepared for what to expect and my healing process went accordingly. I am at the 6 week mark and to say I am obsessed with my body is an understatement! I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to Dr. Justin Booth and his entire staff. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!
