I bought a laser hair removal package for hair removal in two places. One of the treatment areas had great results with very little hair growth. However, the other area - my neck - looks like it was not treated at all. Im caucasian with dark hair so I know it's supposed to be more effective on people that look like me but I am pretty disappointed with the results. The pictures show about 6 weeks of growth after my last treatment. Overall the place is clean and the staff is efficient and nice. I really appreciated getting in and out quickly but unfortunately I can't recommend laser hair removal here. read more

It has been a few years since I finished my laser hair treatments on the bikini area. Within 6 months it was clear that no hair had actually been removed. After my first few sessions I knew coverage wasn't going to be great but I hoped for at least less hair. The lady who did the treatments was fairly haphazard in the way she covered the area, missing large areas and not manipulating the skin to get everything. I'm also not sure the machine was ever calibrated correctly because the spot she used is a place where I have no pigment. It doesn't tan and the hair grows pure white. She said that would be fine so who knows. The newer machine was broken half the time as well so we were using the older one. I can say this, after 8 treatments I saw no results.
