On the other hand, before my own surgery, I saw all the 5-star reviews and zero 1-star reviews and thought that meant no 1-star reviews existed. I sincerely question that after my own offer of a full refund but only in exchange for my silence. Someone asked recently about the contact he asked me to sign in exchange for a full refund ($15,050) so I attached a photo of it. It reads (in part): "THAT I fully understand that from this day forward I will not speak about this case or Dr. Andrew P. Trussler, M.D. publicly (i.e. media- news, print, or electronic) or privately. Also, there will not further public (e.g. signage or voice amplification) or private demostrations (sic) nor discussing this case with any other persons. If I continue any of the above mentioned I am hereby notified I will incur treble civil penalties." It is very difficult to sue for medical malpractice in the state of Texas, and even then, the damages are capped at an amount that might not even be worth the trouble after the emotional drain and attorney's fees. There is very little accountability required. Be very, very careful about who you choose to literally trust with your life.

I had large and small scars all over my abdomen and didn't even know where my belly button was! I had also recently gained 35 lbs very rapidly and didn't know why. (My OB thought my weight gain could be attributed to the large tumor he was going to remove during this surgery with Dr C.) My train wreck of a tummy didn't phase Dr Clement . . . He was kind, professional and thoughtful, as he carefully explained exactly what he would do . . . I left my consult feeling extremely confident and I was NOT let down. He not only gave me a rocking tummy tuck, but he also removed 9 lbs of (what I call) LARD! When my husband took my girdle off in the hospital to show me my tummy . . . it was so flat and I was so skinny and my waist was so small that I had to sit up and lean forward to find it! He must have worked up a major sweat doing the magic he did on me . . . Dr. Clement had his other patients to take care of and his appointments at work, but he still made the time to drive all the way over to North Austin Med Center to check on me. I had to spend 10 days in the hospital . . . (Not because of my tummy tuck, but because of some other pretty serious surgeries I had at the same time of tummy tuck.) Dr Clement was scheduled to go on vacation the day I was going home and he still took the time out of his busy day to come and check on me. He was always kind and reassuring . . . which I really needed . . . as sick as I was from my other surgeries. My case was very minor - my main concern was getting rid of the small amount of remaining gland. Unfortunately he has left my chest looking far worse than before. The incisions at the areola look sloppy and healed poorly, part of an areola lost its pigment, the nipples fold into themselves when warm, and there's severe cratering and loose skin. Obviously he was way too aggressive with liposuction. After the initial follow-up the day after surgery, Dr. Caridi and his office never reached out to me again to ask how I was healing up. And the healing was not easy. Following his massaging protocol didn't help much, if at all. At 6 months, left with terrible results, I finally reached out. Dr. Caridi was very dismissive about my concerns in the following months of email and photo exchanges. He kept assuring me the results would improve with more time. The language he used in his correspondences was highly unprofessional - at one point even saying that I was "torturing myself". After more complaining he finally offered to do a FaceTime call but I ultimately declined as I had lost all trust in him by that point. In hindsight, my first FaceTime consultation before surgery was rushed, casual, and non-specific. I only found out I was to have liposuction (in addition to excision) after the call when they forwarded me the bill. During that call he said some bizarre and unprofessional things which I won't repeat here. It was personal and inappropriate. I foolishly glossed over these red flags. Other reputable surgeons have since informed me I'll need up to 2 more surgeries to correct Dr. Caridi's mistakes with scar revisions and fat grafting. Please consider my example as a warning. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for surgery.

I was not put under for this, and gave me a medication to calm me down since I was going to be cut open fully conscious. Her team did not even give the medication time to kick in before they started the procedure, because Ashley Gordon had "other appointments immediately after mine" and they didn't have time to. Since this, she somehow made the galaflex even worse and I'm left with another scar and even worse results, and they are refusing to provide any type of resolution. I paid for cosmetic surgery because I trusted this surgeon and her team with my body. Instead, this experience has caused me years of distress. Choosing Dr. Ashley Gordon for my breast augmentation is one of my biggest regrets. I would strongly encourage anyone considering surgery here to look elsewhere.

It was very clear now after researching and speaking with other plastic surgeons, that his surgical skills are not on point. I had extreme irregularities/deformity in my right breast due to, too much breast tissue being removed. Essentially just lack of care and time on his part . Multiple other consultations with plastic surgeons said they would never have done a lift on me. My partner told me I was out after 2.5 hours and other surgeons I spoke to after said it's typically 3-4 hours minimum. I ended up 2 years after doing a fat transfer with a wonderful surgeon in Beverly hills to try and help make my breasts look remotely normal again and that surgeon told me that I'm not his first patient to come from Dr Whitfield's office seeking repair. I then began to dig through their before/after pics and loved that they did not have that over the top fake look and that they all seemed body proportionate which is exactly what I wanted. While perusing the surgical options, I came across labiaplasty. I had never heard of it, but on RealSelf, the rate was almost 100%. After looking at before/after photos and decided I wanted that surgery as well. I made an appt for a consultation where I met Dr. Justin Booth and his assistant Christine Powell and they answered all of my questions and were patient. I definitely went over the allotted time, but I was never rushed. I have never considered getting breast augmentation and was not aware that surgeons do not go by cup sizes, but CC's. Dr. Booth measured me and gave me the max CC's for my frame and I then tried on the various Sientra silicone aka, gummy bear implants, which helped a lot. While they do not have pics online of labiaplasty, Dr. Booth performs them frequently. Their pricing was better than I expected and I was given a folder full of everything I needed to know about my upcoming surgeries, appt dates, and times, as well as pre & post op instructions. By the time I left, I loved both Dr. Booth and Christine and felt very comfortable with my upcoming surgeries. Prior to my surgeries, I came in to discuss current meds, post op meds, any last minute questions/concerns and etc. The surgery is performed in house at their surgical suite which is located next to the office. As soon as I arrived, everything went as scheduled and the nurses were all awesome. The next day, I received a call from Jenny, Dr. Booth's nurse and was provided her personal cell in the event I was experiencing any adverse pain or reactions. Due to their thorough explanations, I was fully prepared for what to expect and my healing process went accordingly. I am at the 6 week mark and to say I am obsessed with my body is an understatement! I cannot say enough about how grateful I am to Dr. Justin Booth and his entire staff. I went to several drs and after meeting Dr. Scott Haydon I went with his services for liposuction. I went in super nervous, but unlike at my consultation he just seemed to be so handsy. He touched me constantly which I can understand for some can be a way to build trust - but it was so often it was uncomfortable. I should have listened to my instincts and cancelled the procedure. I went home in a lot of pain and couldn't wait to finally see the results. So I waited and waited and waited. And months went by.... and nothing. I called the office (I assumed they would call me to schedule a follow-up but apparently once they get their money they are done). I told them that I thought something was wrong and they granted me a follow up appointment with Dr Haydon. I went in and again - his overly touchy self made me super uncomfortable. I told him that I hadn't lost any weight and had actually gained weight. He told me this was just swelling and it would go down. This was 3 months later. He told me that I would eventually see results in weight and in inches and actually recommended I get a breast reduction to match my soon to be back to normal small frame. Are you kidding me?!?!?!??!?!? Two years later and I lost no weight, no inches and nothing changed. I feel used and lied to. I got no response when I called and asked to address these issues. Here it is 5 years later...... and this mofo has decided to add me to his email list. NOW! After all this time. When I saw the email I knew immediately that unsubscribing was not the only solution. I needed to tell my story because crooks like this don't deserve people like me who already went thru so much in life to also be ripped off. If you are thinking about him doing ANY plastic surgery on you - I implore you..... please think again.
