John stuck with me through 3 different phone calls and helped me finally figure out what the issue was. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and (fortunately) patient (insert smiley face thing here). Can not give them a high enough rating based on this experience - and will certainly shop/buy from them going forward and use them for my appliance service calls as well. Just to add - after the 3rd call I learned that John is the owner of the business - and, I suspect, his customer service focus is what he hires for as well.
